If someone like me ever becomes president. 2023 presidential election would be investigated and all those indicted would be sentenced dead or alive. If there was any wrong declaration of winners those would be reversed no matter whether they completed fake terms in office or not.

Sometimes you guys talk out of ignorance. 18 year in nigeria is the year for adulthood even though most individuals at that stage is far from anything adult.

Constitutional minimum year for marriage is rather different and below 18years. So get your facts right before commenting next time.

Though I am not supporting those who force children to marry but don't derail the good contributions of MBA just because you have reservation for early marriages.

I gave my students homework on Friday, to be submitted on Monday. Come Monday, I noticed one of them quietly scribbling away in class. I walked closer and yes, she was writing the same homework I gave days ago.

When I asked her, she denied it immediately. Boldly. Without blinking. I felt disappointed, not just because she didn’t do the homework, but because she lied.

So, I raised my voice a little (in love, not in anger), and told her to kneel outside the class for lying. No beating. No insults. Just correction.

The next day, her mother stormed the school.
“Why did you bully my child?” she asked.
I was stunned.
Bully? Because I corrected her child for lying and doing homework in class?

That moment made me realize something. Many parents today don’t want teachers to correct their children, yet they still expect those same children to grow into disciplined adults.

Dear parents,
When you defend your child’s wrongs instead of addressing them, you’re teaching them that lying is fine as long as someone covers for them.

Discipline isn’t hatred. Correction isn’t bullying.
Teachers are partners in raising your children, not enemies.

What do you think, should teachers stop correcting children to avoid being misunderstood, or should we keep doing what’s right no matter what?

You would have used cane on that child, just don't leave a scratch. Teaching these days is no longer a gentlemans work. You need an element of agbero. Parents who are not even genzee what to be more genzee thatn the genzee. I personally wont take it as these children will be the ones to train my children. No considerations for f O O L I S H genzee wannabe parents.

These analysis is very wrong. At least I have been frequenting Lagos for some time now. The cost of living as it concerns food stuff is lower in Lagos, like up to 30% or more that in Anambra, especial the capital, even worse at Anambra South. I don't know why reverse is the case here.

My own issue is not with APC on this matter rather it is with the alleged coup plotters. Why on earth did they allegedly fail. Though I won't support lose of life in the alleged process. An alleged bloodless coup would have allegedly done the needed change.
