My last job, I knew I was to resume in January by October. It didn't affect the recruitment process or company integrity in any manner. I cannot create any excuse for the lack of communication on the part of the company. It really just not right. No ethics will justify this.

As for the likelihood of offer letters coming in on Monday, it's just a conjecture. Cos we anticipate early January resumption and most employers require one month notification. If they serve the letters Later than Monday, then early January resumption may be compromised.

Hewww!!!! What a long walk to success. Finished by 10:43 am. At the venue, we were a total of 7 candidates from the 36 states of the country, 5 dudes and 2 damsels. Finished accreditation and validation test, proceeded to oral interview made up of the H.O.D, process engineer, HR personnel and a guy from production dept . The questions were more of technical and behavioural. After the introduction of the panel members by themselves I was asked to introduce myself. I started well and ended well. Then the H.O.D went so technical, i mean in depth. ;he fired all cylinders on all fronts, i gave him responses that made him shake head with a smile on his face as if we both attended same gas treatment training in Aberdeen. I knew the technical phrases and terminologies he was expecting to hear and I was dishing it out to him well. Never forgot my S.T.A.R approach to behavioural interview questions. rest of the interview was wonderful. I killed it by God's grace. The validation test was cool, a couple of the questions I found in the first test were repeated, i guess it was to really validate the candidacy of the previous test taker.it was just there!!! (Lol). To God be the glory, he has the final say. At the end of the day either way the pendulum swings na GODWIN.....Thank you all for your prayers.

I have also 'completed' all the assessments and I'm waiting for the 'outcome in due course'.

Hopefully they will get back to us with 'outcome' cos Shell has shown themselves in the past by not giving any form of feedback
