I want to know if 800k total package can get me a comfortable mini flat in a nice neighborhood with POP in Lagos mainland.

Have you being to abeokuta ? Ik many of u will come here and start shouting brown roof just few Brown roofs and development is spreading round the city but If this is Port Harcourt definitely abeokuta is better than it

PH is just like Lagos with industries especially oil and gas, a lot of higher institutions, expensive High schools and areas designed for the rich, average and poor depending on how much you have to spend on rent

I’m not going to write too much, I recently moved into port harcourt after reading several threads here on NL downgrading the city so I decided to give the city a stay.

80% of thread against port harcourt are simply either showing other places in river state as port harcourt, showing the few slums or totally false.

I have visited Lagos, Owerri, Delta, Uya, anambra and some other cities and I can tell you that the only city more Developed than PH in Nigeria is Lagos and Abuja... ph is the third most developed city in Nigeria.

Note: PH is not for every one, it’s expensive especially Rent

(I’m not from PH, I’m from Delta but Asaba can’t be compared to PH in anything)

On the list of the cities are two Delta State Centres which are Warri and Asaba.

Please I need to opinion of Nairalanders who have been to both city recently. Between warri and Asaba which is more developed?

You can't compete with the big ones: They is no way you can compete with the big ones, only few people will leave punch online, vanguard, instablog, Linda ikeji blog, Bellanaija, Naijaloaded, tooxclusive, ogbonjeblog, techloy, 9jaflaver etc to visit your small new blog on less you want to only be sharing links on NL and Facebook.

People hardly visit blogs this days: since the advent of opera news, only few Nigerians visit new blogs, most average Nigerians visit the big names, online news papers and opera news. Facebook, Instagram and twitter have made it easy to get information without visiting blog, all news and information are posted in Facebook pages and groups.

Other ad network doesn't pay well: Outside AdSense which is very hard to get approval, other ads network pay little or nothing compared to the amount of data you will waste blogging

You may never get back the money you will spend on hosting and domain: You may loss the money you have spent on domain and hosting and even loss data a lot.

You can never beat the big names in SEO: how do you expect to beat naijaloaded, 9jaflaver, 360nobs, Tooxclusive in SEO google ranking top page in music download niche, the answer is hell no.

Custom ads is not possible: how do you expect to get direct advertisers and promotion seekers in your new blog with little or no unique daily visits and visitors.
