Please always use the code formatting tool to make your codes easier to read. That being said, I'm not really sure what you are trying to do but I believe you could use the Pillow library to do the same.

I'm really sorry for presenting the code this way, I will be using the code formatting tool in future. I got that error because there was some DS store files stored in the images folder. I delete them and then run the code again. It works perfectly fine. Thank you Marveaux, Ibromodzi, Drybones and everyone, I appreciate your unalloyed supports

I want to perform multiple image processing using opencv in jupyter notebook. I tried to upload the datasets (images) that's stored in my desktop using this code:

This is so inhumane to humanity. I hope that the perpetrators will be brought to justice. The way our youths are lure to ritualism in other to get rich quicker is becoming so high. They don't want to hustle legitimately, it's so unfortunate that the society we live in recent years only recognizes how wealthy an individual is without trying to know the source. In addition, the youth set their sight on individuals who only acquired their wealth illegally and see such people as role models. The money derived from this negative way could only be used to satisfy their quest for cars, clothing, girls, etc after which they will become broke again. There's no sanity taking someone's life because of temporary enjoyment.
I hope that our youths learn before it will be too late.

I wonder why some of us are discouraging the one that studied geology to change to IT course related. Do you think that people studying geosciences, especially geophysics are not being taught on how to use IT applications in the interpretation of geophysical problems. There's a wide use of applications like python, Ubuntu, Matlab, etc in deep machine learning, geophysical inversion, seismological studies. Note that machine learning with the used of the various algorithm model is vital in understanding facies distribution, identification of both structural and stratigraphic traps in oil exploration , subsurface exploration, earthquake studies, geothermal energy, etc. The guy that studied geology have a wide range of opportunities in this modern world relating to understanding the subsurface. I will appeal to us to know facts before discouraging anybody. Thank you

I think the admissions committee requested your bachelor's transcript to assess your academic background and not to use in deciding your PhD admission prospect or ranking in the admission cycle/round. I assume you already provided your current transcript (MSc) even if it was just for a semester. If they find your application eligible, they will most likely offer you a conditional admission into the PhD class requiring your MSc final transcripts before enrollment. Also, if there are funding opportunities for entrants in the program, that you may be eligible for, they would likely require your final MSc transcripts to do that.

I recently applied for a PhD program in the University of Victoria, Canada, I am currently studying my Master's program in the University of Aberdeen which will eventually end by September this year. My supervisor asked me to apply which I did, the school admission board recently asked me to send my undergraduate transcript. Please note that I graduated with a 2.2 in my first degree I have already sent the school my first semester transcript from the University of Aberdeen and they are aware that I'm not yet done with the Master's program in Aberdeen.
I want to know if they will evaluate me based on my undergraduate degree performance which I know that my performance wasn't as great as my current master degree performance?
Again will it be ideal if I asked them to grade me base on my masters degree performance only?

I track my visa processing and I realized that it's till in step 3(recieved by dmc), I don't know what to do guys, I really need my visa this week to enable me travel on this coming weekend. Please friends what do you guys think I can do to speed up the process. My visa type was priority which was stated categorically in their website that it will take 5working days to process it. Guys please I need suggestions so that I can start from tomorrow.
