Well Odegaard thrived for two seasons back to back even without a proper no9 at Arsenal by creating chances, making assists and most importantly scoring goals by shooting. This season he is absolutely off that level. Even when presented with clear open chances in the opposition box on his Prefered left foot, he will blaze the ball over the bar or shoot very weakly at the goalkeeper. He seems to like playing mostly to his right hand side of attack. Without Saka and Ben White (out injured) who he has been more use to playing with over three seasons on the right, he is bereavt of ideas. Honestly Odegard needs to do more as captain and leader. His game has really drop in quality....

I think Arteta prefers Havertz kinda striker because he plays as a false 9, which makes his team complete. Even with loads of chances he misses in some games, Arteta prefers that overload in the middle of the pitch which an inverted fullback and a false 9 brings to the team.

I told my guy this same thing the other day. Arteta has done very well to bring Arsenal back to this level but him dey carry his hand spoil his own good work... 1. He made the team playing more defensive this season and 2. Depending on Havertz to be the main striker..

My personal favorite is Nadal. However, I think Roger Federer and Serena Williams made tennis more popular, captured new demographic, inspired a "never" interested audience (especially Serena), new business partnerships, etc...

So I go for any of the two...

For example, if No Sallah top scores with 30 goals in the premier league this season, and say Erlin Harland comes second with 26, but then scores 30 in the champions league and Mo Sallah ends with 20 in the premier league, it simple means Sallah is the greater Striker in the premier league while Halland is greater in the Champions league.

So it also means, if in years time some pundits or sky say Sallah was the greatest attacker in the premier league for the 24/25 season there will be no argument. On the flip side, if Halland then goes ahead and wins the champions league with City scoring that number of goals, he will be greater in the Champions league and not the premier league...
