Yes. You can send it for free as fax. Pay for the evaluation, get your reference number and you're good to go.

The reference number is very important, if you send anything without it, it's a waste of money and time.

planing to do it on my international passport. Though my waec result has my age written body so I was thinking if it's a risk on my part since I want to go on a student visa
