Nairaland / General / Cooking Gas Vs Petrol: Powering Electricity Generators In Nigeria by mtimisola(m): 7:32pm On Jun 21, 2023
In Nigeria, energy consumption is a huge concern due to unstable power supply from the national grid. As a result, many households and businesses rely on electricity generators to meet their power needs. Traditionally, gasoline-powered generators have been the most commonly used. However, with the increasing availability of cooking gas or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), many people are considering the possibility of using LPG-powered generators. In this blog post, we will look at the differences using cooking gas and gasoline to power electricity generators, their advantages and disadvantages, and most importantly, the safety implications.

Advantages of Using Cooking Gas (LPG) to Power Electricity Generators:

Cleaner and Safer: LPG generators emit fewer harmful fumes compared to standard gasoline generators, making them more environmentally friendly. Additionally, they contribute less to indoor air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

Economical: The use of cooking gas as a fuel for generators has been found to be cheaper, given the current petrol prices in Nigeria, making it a cost-effective alternative for many families and businesses.

2. Will I be attended to If I get to the Venue 30/45 minutes before the Interview Time?

Thank you.

Did I hear anyone mention "Free and Fair" Election? Under who? Under Buhari? This is not a curse, but Buhari can't conduct any election without Blood Bath.

Good Day VO,

1. I plan to schedule my appointment in December 2015 for an Event that is taking place March 10, 2016 - March 24, 2016. Is that alright? I hope that wouldn't raise an eyebrow.

2. I was rejected visa on September 8, 2014 for obvious reasons, it was my first time and I unnecessarily nervous. Please I can't remember the log in details I used the last time I scheduled my appointment, Please will that be a problem?

Warm Regards!
