rotecch77: To all member here, let me drop this here before i stop arguing about the quote the op brought here.
ALHAJI MUFUTA and all others concerned member needs to sanitized this tread before it will go south.
I dont claimed to be mr know it all, i dont know anything, all God knows things all.
But some peoples that do comes here to mislead people here which cleint(s) which few client will now beleived that some engr reap them off ( although some builder, engr, qs are bad) but we still have so many good profectionals here and outside here but due to some NON profectionals QUOTE, TALK, here make some of these profectionals always come to ready and move away without giving any VALUABLE COMMENTS again.
How can someone says that 250K WILL plaster 4BEDROOMS DUPLEX NOW A DAYS.
Just recently a member here gave me 4 bedroom duplex to palstered he is an Engr too. The cost is more than 900k.( labour only) Profectional knows that size of building determine the cost. Single room in the said building was plastered by 4 Masons, (very big space/height). I have done 4 bedroom duplex for 1m plus, some 700k plus so all depends on size and location. Now I get why you are trying so hard to defend the price. Surprisingly out of everyone that commented on this, you are the only one defending the qouted sum. Are you saying you are the only professional here? BTW this is an open forum, why you come de carry the matter for head like gele? I have said my peace . |

rotecch77: It really shows the level of your professionalism. continue misleading people of your caliber. Thanks Oga Wether Na duplex or bungalow #700k+ is too much as qouted by his meason for the said building. It's not rocket science, sometimes a plastering job should be qouted by partion |

23jerryking: Please is anyone posted to Sokoto here, I want to know the cost of traveling from Sokoto to Abuja. And the duration of the journey please #2600 but budget #4k because upon arrival in Sokoto, you need a bike to get you to Kalambaina where you will get a car to Wamako or you can negotiate with the bike man to take you directly to the camp. It's about 20min from the main town. From Abuja it's a 8- 9hour drive on public transportation. |

Stallion84: .
Congrats on surviving a supposed fatal bite. That my friend is a Gaboon Viper.
Bites from this species are extremely rare, due to their unaggressive nature and because their range is limited to rainforest areas. Due to their sluggishness and unwillingness to move even when approached. However, when a bite does occur, it should always be considered a serious medical emergency. Even an average bite from an average-sized specimen is potentially fatal. In humans, a bite from a Gaboon viper causes rapid and conspicuous swelling, intense pain, severe shock and local blistering. Other symptoms may include uncoordinated movements, defecation, urination, swelling of the tongue and eyelids, convulsions and unconsciousness.[3] Blistering, bruising and necrosis may be extensive. There may be sudden hypotension, heart damage and dyspnoea.[9] The blood may become incoagulable with internal bleeding that may lead to haematuria and haematemesis.[2][9] Local tissue damage may require surgical excision and possibly amputation to any affected limb. Congrats again. Thank you |

Olugbayi: It's very sad that we're ignorantly wasting this beautiful animal. This snake camouflage to avoid you and not to attack you. They will soon be extinct and our grand children will only read about them in the newspaper. They served our ecological systems by killing other rodents that destroy farm lands . What is this one saying, don't provoke me this night. Snakes that has been attacking my chickens. And what if unknowingly I stepped on it as I was minding my business? |
