You are right too, it's not only a matter of communications. Those artisans are just lousy, period. Especially when they know their Client is not on ground.

I tell people. Communication is 90% project management between a service provider and client. 10% is for the actual work done.

Huummmmm. I have been doing @ bold for close to 12 years. I'm dealing with 2 different guys with similar issues like this. Scroll back the pages and read this clients frustration, imagine giving someone contract of 7m and still be his mentor and the guy chooses to throw all that down the drain. Please tell me with attitude like this how will they excel in the line of business they choose. Many of them forget referral is more powerful than advertisement.

All those lousy artisans is the reason I stayed away from recommending people nowadays. We have some useless artisans both online here and offline.

Unless he's the installer then he won't be able to know by just looking at the panels. Panels are anywhere from 100W each to I think 600W now.

So 10 panels could be 1,000W or 6,000W. Then the rest of the internal electronic equipments comes into play too.

Good afternoon my people.. The issue of theft in most of our sites these days is becoming alarming. We have a project in Abuja and the installation of first fix started last year August. The second fix was completed early December,. We are meant to start the final stage yesterday but on getting to site all cables were stolen including the load cables to the distribution .

Now who is responsible for this act? After we completed the second fix which is the cabling in early December 2021, POP contractors came and left, Tiler came and left, also the Aluminium guys also came and left . But my concern is that the builder couldn't fish out who could have done this .. Cables of about 2million naira got stolen on site and we have builder supervising the project regularly on site.

My concern is that all the cables removed would be sold as scrap maximum 30k because there was no straight l length in those cables ..

Are we going to blame government for this because of lack of job(an idle hand is a devil workshop )

My client said the it can't be tiler and POP guys because they are Togolese
The Aluminium contactor is a Nigerian and he stays more than POP and tilers on site. Who are we going to hold responsible for this act.

We got to Abuja yesterday hoping that the final fix will be completed in the next 8days.

Was there no security or mai-guard employed for the site at this stage of the project?

Oga mi sir, yes there are lot of fake Coleman in the market. There was a time I posted Coleman cable on WhatsApp status telling you that the insulation melted and also joining .. you can not find that in Nigerchin or kabelmetal. Twinskenny can also testify to this cos I supplied him a cable and the insulation is peeling with copper

I remembered that post on your Whatsapp Status, but I was still thinking it's among the fake Coleman not direct from their factory. But now that you said it, I will surely keep Coleman at a low distance even if it is acquired directly from their factory, which is what I always like to do.
