I will go with the CAT and another best one I know is JMG. They have good engine which is FG Wilson.

If you are buying the silent bigger Gen, I will recommend a 20KvA but will be very expensive to maintain due to the diesel cost now.
Your other alternatives will be a good 10kva Solar, the initial price will be steep but you will have no maintenance and in the long run it will pay off.
Let's what other people have to say because I am not really an expert either.

You don't need to break your vault to get good quality paints. We are affordable quality.

@Gbadexy. Nice combinations with the wall tiles.
Keep in mind, that is the dark gray color I wanted next for both up and down of the external walls and the fence. Please make a note of it. No more double colors. Thank you.

I resolved to suspendable ceiling, the cost wasn't as much as POP, the difference no be small. It came out good and I get to like it, tried it on a room first, I will be doing the rest of the building later this month, God's willing.

Not bad if the cost meant so much to you.
But honestly, this cannot be compared to POP ceilings.

Good day everyone, do you guys remember this building I posted sometime and asked if 10M would finish it to turn key ? (Pic 1)

Well, here’s an update on the progress, so far approx 7M has been spent on 2 couches, Paraphet casting, front pillars, roof and rain gutter, alluminum windows and burglaries, plumbing and electrical piping and purchase or wires (kept at home till finishing stages)

Plastering is on going and bricklayer charged 550k for all, fence inclusive *crying*

We are left with pop, tiling, doors, soak away and fittings.

Very good, you can see that the 10m is almost finished.
Finishing is where the money goes, forget the carcass, roofing and plasterings etc.
Please be prepared for the internal finishings; windows, doors, burglaries, plumbings, tilings, electrical fixtures, POP, paintings, floorings, just to mention few. Please dont be scared, you will complete it by the grace of Almighty God.

They cant simply get this into their HEAD, I take them lots as scammers cos if you are not in the habit of getting more than required for you goods why not post with fixed price and adjust accordingly. Anyways their business, me I don't have time for back and fort phone calls!

I am with you on this... at least if they give prices and that changes a little later due to our economy we can relate to that and make adjustment.. but no price at all is what I do not condone.
If I have to go to market to find out price, why do I need to come to you, regardless of your advertisements here. Give us some price to work with. Simple.

You posted to call you, which I believe it’s should be open market for other that may be interested. You guys should understand some of us are not here for entertainment but for business. If you posted as suggested then, you probably be my supplier of the tiles. I wished you guys knew how many deals happening behind the screen everyday . Anyway good luck.

I agreed with you 1000%. I know how much you just spent buying tiles likewise many other friends that I get involved in their various purchases.
Letting the readers know the price of your products is not going to reduce your profits. We all know that prices changes daily due to our economy, so we can adjust to price differences when making actual purchase but at least we have basis to start making our purchase plan.
This request is to all the sellers in this forum not just the tiles sellers. This is a good and free advertisements to many of you. Just give your prices. Thank you.
