You can't get your IPPIS number on your enrolment slip. But when you receive your first salary, you can request for your payslip from your organization and you will see your IPPIS number written on the payslip.

Got one but the update failed

It will fail to update when you use stock recovery to update from COS6 to Realme UI. The only solution to that is to unlock your bootloader, flash custom recovery(TWRP) and then flash the Realme UI ozip with it.

I'm on Realme UI too, though I'm using Realme Q. But I can change and apply different fonts and themes.

The new Realme UI is smooth and faster. There are some additional features and changes also. system screen recording has also been added, you can also customize the icons of your applications the way you want them to be. Applications open and run faster compared to COS6. As I observed, it charges faster also. Though it's still in a beta version. Official stable version will be released very soon.

For me, I'll go for the Realme 5 Pro. Realme 5 Pro is using a higher processor, it has quad camera, dedicated card slot, higher battery capacity. While you can go for the Realme X if you are a fan of Amoled Screen which it uses an under display fingerprint, if you also don't care about a dedicated memory card slot and the dual camera.

I think you'd only have issue with MTN LTE band shaa... but the 3g (H+) is pretty fast.

MTN is not a problem also, they also support band 3 in some places just like glo. They now all support band 3.

The only issue I've noticed so far is that Dual app(clone apps) only works for Facebook and Instagram. If anyone can help with that, I don't mind.

You can search for "Clone App" in playstore and download it, it's very good and supports more apps.

Foolishness is when you don't carefully read and understand people's posts. Don't come here and complicate things, no one said the recruitment is over. I don't know where you got that from, we are not here to argue over this because it will not help all of us here rather the small time we have, we should continue to use it in praying for something good to comes out it.

Stop spreading falsehood, nothing as such happened. If you're called upon by the authorities to proof your assertion will you be able to point to this friend of "yours"? Paramilitary/military organizations are not like other Fed/state parastatals that can secretly recruit like that because they hardly go through any form of camped training. When did this your friend go for the mandatory 6months training, which training school was used? was he the only one that was camped? abi he just paid N1m and began to wear uniform without any form of orientation about the job/service and if he did who were the key officers in charge of the exercise. These are some of the questions you suppose to ask anybody can claim anything in order to be at a vantage position to scam their prey abi haven't you heard that people do get fake appointment letters only to discover when they resume work.
I say Somethings here not because I just wanna talk but I have sources inside.
At no point in time last year was the training school in Lagos used to train cadets, the training I know of that took place was classification exercise at Jaji where customs officers were training( I was there myself and I asked alot of questions) concerning the recruitment last year and I was briefed by knowledgeable men.
So calm down, if anyone wants to help you, you must play your own part which is making it to the screening it's at that point that they may help better your chances by either not that you'll just balance and be waiting for appointment.

My brother you know nothing about this country based on what you posted here. I have just been keeping silent here, but I know several people that are currently working with the Nigeria Custom Service that got their appointments last year which were all based on replacements. I personally know a retired DCG of Customs and I am telling you this "that things are happening in this country more than you will think of". All those that were arguing against what the guy posted didn't understand his post, he is not referring to this current recruitment that is ongoing, his friend maybe among the people that got their appointments last year which were all based on replacements and its not something that you should even argue on because it has happened, it is happening and it will continue to happen. I also applied for this current recruitment and was invited for the aptitude test, I also have hope on the current recruitment process just as many of us here do too, so many people here will get this job without long legs or paying for it, but we cannot stop what is happening in this country, the only thing we should continue to do is to pray to God that whatsoever is happening, let it favor us all so that we can get all what we are pursuing.

I'm happy for you it came up. In my own case it was hardbricked. Usually even if you connect it to a pc, it won't show anything unless you have some Qualcomm drivers installed on your pc. So in this case, you need to download a full stock rom which you will use in flashing the phone either with QFIL or MiFlash in qualcomm mode.

I don't actually know ooo coz the place I am currently doesn't have any 4g network...
but check the bands and compare them to naija network bands. from my research, it supports all except the glo band 3... I'm not too sure tho... just compare the bands

It supports Glo 4G but only band 3 which is only available at selected places. Glo was using band 28 for transmission which not all phones support the band even global versions.
