Get yourself a foreign Paypal and sell funds to trusted ppl from the importation thread who buy in bulk you would see people who need as much as $1000, $2000 or even $5000 and you dictate the rate. You could as well do pay for me service for your friends who you know like to shop on foreign sites. They would gladly buy at #220/#230 when Gtb charge #269 per $ (as of two days ago when i paid for a service on fiverr).

Aside that i see no other way you would benefit from the exchange rate rise.

Heads up!

Never use your Payoneer card for online purchases, unless you want to regret later. I made some recent purchases online with my Payoneer card, including a subscription to Wordai (article rewriting service) and got hit with a withdrawal from a China ATM with my Payoneer card (cloned one of course!) a few days after.

Payoneer contacted me as soon as it happened and blocked my card as well, but it was too late, as my cash is already gone. Payoneer suggested maybe there are some skimming services located in Nigerian ATMs (not sure about that). The bottom line is, my cash disappeared after the online transactions!

I have instructed them to deliver a new card to me via Dhl. But, from now on, no more online purchases with my Payoneer card! And that goes for everyone that makes use of Payoneer too, that is, if you want your funds to be safe.

It's not limited to online transactions. Mine got hit after an ATM withdrawal (2 cards so far, I'm on the 3rd one)

I will advise you; if you truly want to develop good writing skill, drop the habit of writing in shorthand. Sms language has bastardized the way we write that many people do not realise when they use "2" instead of "to."

Make a conscious effort towards writing ONLY in good and "long" correct English. Do this everywhere - chats, sms, formal, informal etc. If you do this, over time, it would have become part of you and flow naturally.

No matter how hard you think it is, as long as you have a worthy goal, you will succeed.

I have registered and requested for a payoneer master card. However, i don't have a P.O box. Hence i filled in my house address, googled my area's zip code and filled it in, when i was registering for the card.
Pls will i have a problem receiving the card? How will i recieve it?

Shouldn't be an issue. It will be delivered to your house address, so long as it is a traceable one. Have you previously been receiving mail at home??
If it doesn't get delivered at the time given you however, you may just have to switch to a PO Box

If it is a recording of yourself on ur mobile phone or camera device, you can use audacity to clean up the background and sounds, making it more professional.

If it is a slideshow pitch, ppt or windows movie maker will be effective.

guys, please I need your advice on this issue before I dispute.

An employer awarded me a project to rewrite an article for him on freelancer. the deadline of submission is 10 hours. He told me to submit half of the project 5 hours later so that he can suggest any amendment if he is not satisfied. Before he awarded me the project he gave a sample to rewrite. And I did that by intermittently by changing simple sentence to compound, compound to simple, and sometimes simple to complex sentence. Before he awarded the project to me, he didn't mention anything about PLAGIARISM. 5 hours later, I submitted my first batch to him. Because I didn't receive any response from him 2 hours after the first submission, I proceeded with the work so as to meet the deadline. 10 hours after I have rewritten and submitted the article, he requested me to rewrite the article because of issues of plagiarism. To my chagrin, I told him I was very tired and exhausted but I will try to amend or rewrite half of the work. he gave me five more hours to complete the work. Because I was very tired and exhausted (i don dey work for almost 12 hours on that day), I couldn't meet the new deadline. However i submitted the work 1 hour after the new deadline. My employer said that he won't release the milestone and that the work I still submitted has some plagiarism issue, which he didn't show me. Despite my plea that he should award me a simple task to ameliorate his loss, he remained intractable. In sum, he said he wouldn't release the milestone. GUYS DO YOU THINK I STAND A CHANCE OF WINNING THIS DISPUTE. THE AMOUNT OF CONTENTION IS $20

Of course, you do! You did the job and even rewrote them when he complained. Request for the milestone to be released on Freelancer and lodge the dispute if he doesn't.
On the other hand, as far as I know, no-plagiarism is a given in article writing o. Always abide to save yourself this kind of stress. Use http://smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker./ before you submit even so you can have a good reputation.

what Payoneer did to me today was really unfair. they sent me a text that they blocked my card bcs the last time I withdraw money from a Nigerian ATM the machine had stolen my details and that my account is not secured anymore(I don't bliv them) so they wil have to block it and send another card. they just want to chop my another $29 for nothing. I didn't see the reason for doing that bcs my Payoneer card has never given me problem wen withdrawing. this is wickedness in disguess.

The same happened to me and I am in the process of filing a dispute. They alerted me and truly over $500 was missing from my account. They promised to assist in disputing and getting my money back if the transactions go through. US transactions o! Is this common??

Yes you can, but the charges are much. I was using it while i was in Nigeria with my bank (GTB). The bank will remove their own charges and still reduce the conversion rate for you. It also takes time, sometime 3-4 days to get your money.

. The ATM will dispense the currency of the country you are. If you are in Nigeria and you use the card, you will get Naira, if in Ghana, you will get Cedis, if in US, you will receive dollars. There is no way you can withdraw in dollars in Nigeria.

You can use your bank account statement to verify too. It usually has your address written on it

Thanks for this wonderful thread. I signed up on freelancer over 2 years ago but somehow considered it out of reach. Well, in October I decided to try it again when they sent several emails offering a free upgrade. So I retrieved my password and spent a lot of time exploring the site and learning (wish I had this thread then). Fortunately, that same day I landed a $50 project that took me about 3 days to complete and was very easy, plus I learned a lot from doing it! I was gingered and I persevered.... Wrote one exam from my earning and had my membership renewed at month end.
Come Nov. 1st, I unbelievably won a project worth over $1000! Hmm, it was a lot of work o, writing social posts based on clients' businesses. I even had to outsource some to my brothers.
It was after I started on that job that I started wondering how to withdraw my earnings and I discovered this thread through Google. I read through and immediately signed up for a Payoneer card. I emailed Ladywriter and she put me through.
I just completed the project yesterday and the money is cooling off in my Freelancer account, while my card is on the way
I hope to encourage other newbies like me to keep at it and when you do get the jobs, do them well so as to get glowing reviews. They help. And for all those asking basic questions, do read up on the thread. Most of the answers are already up there. The projects I've done so far have been based on Social media though I bid for all sorts
