Better between d duo, nothing to say coz both are very averaged.I don't even know whom to pick.Hope we resolves this goalkeeping crisis before World Cup.

I watched Nigeria match against Guinea in this just concluded wafu cup and i discovered a lot of things regarding our local coaches and now agreed with a lot who always castigate them,in that match it was too obvious that Dele Ajiboye is better than Ezenwa meaning we might have better keepers better than d duo.

Look at d outfield players, for God sake old Rabiu Ali anchor Nigeria midfield, not condemning d guy but something is fishing,d same thing Aremu, this two guys find it so difficult to make passes and it was hell for Okpotu.

Initially i rate Eze highly but injury to Adeleye exposed him, still has a lot to learn,it was obvious that Adeleye do most of d dirty jobs in d defence and moment he left d pitch, our defence was exposed.

Nothing to say on Okoro and Akas, goldfish 80 just need to tell me why he rated Okoro highly.I watched d guy keenly and i w say he had good games in group stage but Benin,Ghana match showed that he lacks it.

Generally, this team should not be d best from local leagues and with what i see so far Salisu Yusuf and co need to put sentiments apart and give us d best,CHAN is around and this team not a CHAN team.
Spot on......sentiments all over ......with this I aint watching any CHAN match sef

It's not beans to be in the liecester city line up, that means your work rate is higeher than the average epl players...
Iheanacho has come and they said he had to take some time off to meet up interms of fitness, it's not asif iheanacho didn't have a pre season with man city but still is not interms in fitness, it's because it's not that easy do you know how long it will take an average player to condition is body to produce hard shifts that liecester players chew every day in training. By liecester playing style you should know their players are extreme work horses. Nigerian people should me more understanding and support our own but that's quite surprisingly the opposite. If people can still come here and insult a player you won caf best young player and literarily the force of the new generation then I don't know why else he can do
did it takr Ndidi this long to adapt.

Tammy na half caste?

No be only 4 half caste dey our team now? If the French team can be made up of 70% Africans, what is wrong in our team having 30% half caste (not even full whites) undecided
4 is a number na......sister.....Abeg we need true nationals.....It makes the SE pure... Very soon other countries will take credence for baffing up our talents and all we did was to utilize.

The way una dey say make dem call everybody so....na wa o......Seems we go dey field more than 11 players for SE matches oo.

To me we don't even need that Tammy guy, we have attacking options in surplus.......Where dem defendershuh?

Has anyone noticed.............that soon our full SE squad will be void of true nationals...Na so so half caste go full am wen e ....OYinbo SEs....that have one foreign affiliation or the other.

I think it's a bit late to be adding players to this team. Give or take a few people, I believe we have 85% a team to take to Russia.

Our defense seems sorted, I know lots of people have complained of Echiejile, but I think he's Russia-bound anyway, last last, he'll be used as a sub in his position cuz we don't have a lot of options in that position that can be slotted into the team in less than a year and the coach won't be trying out new players in the next game.

The midfield is 70% sorted, we have our starters there, the bench will most likely be shuffled, but I tip John Ogu and Etebo to survive any such shufflings, the rest are hanging on a thin thread

Our attack seems the one area that could have lots of additions before anything is sold. For now, only V Moses and Kelechi are really sure barring injuries, on the back of his last performance, you could say Ighalo

Then of course, there's our GK department where no one is really sure of going to Russia.

At least thirteen of the twenty-three players going to Russia were invited for the games against Cameroon, so, only about 8 spaces are undecided.

So, here is my list of fifteen sure guys to Russia barring injuries starting from the most important

Victor Moses
Mikel Obi
Leon Balogun
Troost-Ekong
Wilfred Ndidi
Ogenyi Onazi
Kelechi Iheanacho
Alex Iwobi
Shehu Abdullahi
John Ogu
Ola Aina (if e no f up)
Elderson Echiejile
Oghenekaro Etebo
Moses Simon
Chidozie Awaziem

Ighalo may go, but Ighalo too dey do like NEPA

No goalies are sure....only sure thing is Carl Ikeme will unfortunately not make it
Person go must injure sha..........Lets keep praying that it doesn't happen like that this year.

PDPGuy:
According to the laws of the game, if the attacking player receives the ball when he is closer to the goal than the 2nd to last opponent, the attacking player is in an offside position.

Yes, a Cameroonian defender was level with Ighalo, but Ighalo was ahead of every other Cameroonian player (including the goal keeper) when he received the pass. Goalkeepers, on very rare occasions, could inadvertently set offside traps.

You can watch the 2010 WC game between South Africa and Mexico to see how a South African 'goal' was ruled out for offside.

Yep my bad, it wasn't Balogun that got yellow carded in Uyo and Yaounde. As a matter of factly, nobody got yellows successively. Ighalo and Moses plus Mikel(I guess) all got their yellows in either of the two matches, hence barring any injury we should have a full battalion against the Zambians in Uyo.

Thanks for that correction miss.

Off point : plz stop making mention of Ifeanyi udeze and Oshaniwa here

It is okay to invite Omeruo for the tie. But Awaziem should start, because the Zambians may be looking to exploit omeruo's weakness (if hasn't improved on it) that he showed against them in the first leg which made Nigeria to concede. And Iwobi should also start in place of Simon if he returns from injury and regains fitness before the match.
Where Leon for pick 2 yellows? na just yday yellow na....its Moses and Mikel that had yellows pls.....stop false rumours

Jon Ogu should be a direct replacement for Mikel Obi...this Mikel Agu guy is not it mbok

And I do agree that Nwakaeme should have come in as opposed to Kelechi. Even Tyronne keeps getting invited without game time, is this how some people will bench their way to Russia? undecided

Every member of whatever team we send to Russia must have participated at some point during qualifiers, even Alampasu. At least we have seen three goalies throughout this qualifiers, a fourth won't be bad against Algeria....i think that is the most rotated position for us
The only clip of Tyronne ve seen was an owngoal.....make d guy wait........
