Typing of prayer is good but it is better we do what we suppose to do. The DH should be informed properly of low sperm count and the wife should under series of fertility test. You can also encourage them to pray and not typing prayer every time.

@Nairasurplus, i wanted to ignore u seeing that some mamas have responded to ur post already but then i keep wondering why u r stalking this thread since u av no business with ttc. I did not see where i posted that u should not advise or proffer solution to people here since u seem to have a first hand knowledge of what they need. I believe in prayers n i know God answers prayers, that is why i type it every time.

Had this arguement with dh last week, he sed i will not av this problem if i was a virgin, i just shake head for him, a friend who aborted several times gave birth 2 wiks ago, this ttc is no respecter of wether u b virgin or not, aborted before or not, old or young, may God help us all

I just wake up one day i no find am.. Yesterday, dh left his clothes inside washing machine, whn he got to office, he ask me to tell his nephew who came visiting to help him spread d clothes, i replied that i av spread them as i am not like him. He responded "yes, u r not like me, u dont share wht u av wd me any more, u dont give me ur thing, u r depressed blah blah blah. I feign ignorance, oga weting i get wey u no get. He begin mention, u get breast, i get chest, u get .... na so i laughed. Last nite na im i say make i share o. As we dey do, i come change give am doggy because na him favourite position, in my mind i think say i don do better, na him my guy finish, i come ask r u happy now that i am sharing?. He sd he is not happy because d thing make am come quick as if i sd ' i beg do make i commot", that i did it purposely knowing that he enjoys that position n will come quick. i no fit laugh. In my mind i don share, if u no enjoy, na ur fault. U wan stay for eternity b4 u come?

@pweetymii, lwkmf, i don laugh till tears commot my eyes, i am sure my neighbours go think say dh dey do me that thing as i don laugh like persin wey correct kpekus enter him head. Thank God u no fall under starvation. God will answer ur prayers. But wait, pwho talk say u no be consumer wd 6 packs of cabin? No be me o but i hear one mama wey moniker start wd curv... I no mention persin o. lol.
This is why i cant miss this thread in a day, e dey make person strong in a way.
This reminds me of d days i was actively ttc, i just finished 3 days dry fast, as in 3 days complete dry fast wdout food or water. My senior brother's fiancee came d following morning that she is taking me to a church for counselling. My brother encouraged that i shd go because she has bn telling hin wonderful things abt d church. i followed, after d counselling, d prophetess sd that my fastng days are, 6 to 12 pm for seven days, 6 to 6pm seven days, then i will round up wd 7 days dry fasting. Wht? she repeated. I para o, i told her that i will not do it, she sd it is d spirit that gives fasting. I told her to ask d spirit to reduce d fast if they want me to fast, she sd the spirit cannot. I sd then tell d spirit wdout sounding insultive that i will not do d fasting as i am so sure i am not d one that kill my Jesus. In my mind, is it not d same God that i just finish dry fasting n prayer to last nite? I vex o, people dey beg me that i can ask someone to assist me. I sd na me wear d shoe, na me knw where e pain me, how u go take assist me?. Commercial prayer n fasting worriors? I just bone n left., in my mind i was like God will do it. May God forgive me if i was wrong, but i just cld not take it at that point. The things wey eye see in ttc, mouth no fit talk am.

Lol at Lagoon. @miraclebaby, this was me yesterday. I was so down coupled wd this my freind's issue. Dh sd "u r depressed n very soon u will lose touch wd reality". I told him that d Lagoon is there, he shd not worry but d only thing he shd do 4 me is not to stop me because i dont want to go to jail, that i heard they r prosecuting those who cld not jump. He sd from now on, u r not going to any where that will take u through 3rd mainland bridge, i laughed. Dh is seemingly d only strong person in our team now, i dont knw where he got d strength from, he told me that he has made up his mind to b happy, wd or without children. I wish i can, God help me.

TTC make us think and read meaning into little things that doesnt even matters.

4realwoman, Amen! to the prayers on her behalf. Her DH had to force her to av d surgery whn she almost bled her life out. Now she has to go for dialysis 3 times a week at a cost of over 35k per session. Her dh had to open an account just for d dialysis n credit it every month. last night she cld not sleep because d account is empty n her dh has not bn paid for a month now, she is worried because she did d last 3 sessions on credit wd a promise to pay later, now she is due for another session on wednesday n she does not knw whether d people will agree. Who will b happy wd this kind of issue n ttc? She told me that sometimes she ask God to take her life as she dosent see wht she is living for. I am still praying for a miracle for her because she is like a sister to me, and i believe God will make way for her to live healthy again.
Everything u say above about ttc is so so true. God will give us victory.

@curvilicious, i share this same thought too sometimes whn i see bfp announcement from mamas saying they secretly followed d thread n i wish they cld keep their bfp's secret too. But on another thought, i think some of them may not av something to contribute in terms of answering questions. My advice is, if u r secretly following d thread, u can sign in n start by encouraging those who may b down or come to share their fears here, u may share a joke wd us to make d thread lively, u may gist us one funny thing that happen on ur street or one funny thing dh did, or something that happen in d course of ur journey, a word of prayer, call out on members u can remember their monikers. Some members used to copy other members they fell can help wd post they dont av answers to. Some of us in MIA mood do so because sometimes u just feel like taking a break b4 u lose ur mind, but we still come here ever day to read, laugh n say a silent prayer n come out to encourage whn u see a post that really touches. Yesterday i saw mumhajiah praying for us on #prayermonday, this morning, i noticed 4realwoman post brought out a lot of us who were in mia mood, that is d spirit of ttc - oneness. Pls let us keep it up God will bless all of us wd our bfp.

@4realwoman, my lovely e sis, we all understand u as we all seem to be in d same boat. we always say that ranting is allowed here because it helps clear our heads. U r not alone. Personally, i am like David now in psalm 119 vs 81-82 i keep asking Him "my eyes r straining to see ur promises come true. Whn will u comfort me wd ur help? I am shriveled like a wineskin in d smoke, exhausted wd waiting, ........ how long must i wait b4 u (give me my own children) punish those who persecute me?" (the living bible version)
But we all knw that he is faithful, He honours His word more than His name, though it tarries, His promises will surely come to pass in our lives IJN. Amen
My sister, b strong. You will surely carry ur children n very soon. We will all rejoice wd u as u av bn rejoicing wd others here. Dont b down, knw that u r one of d mamas here that a lot of us draw strength from n u av a very good heart. I personally mention u in my prayers n a few others i can remember their monikers whn i pray for members in this forum. God will not forsake u. Keep thanking Him for gud health, at least d fibroid surgery was successful, no complications, that in itself is a testimony. l just finished chatting wd a freind now, she is ttc too, had fibroid, delayed d surgery because she was scared. Finally got it done because her health was seriously affected, now after d surgery, they discovered that d fibroid was so large, it pressed on d kidneys n destroyed it. She is now on dialysis 3 times a week ontop of ttc. Honestly, to tell u d truth, ttc is d last thing on her mind now. Hmmmm, i av wept, n i av prayed to God everyday to see her through as only He can help her at this stage. TTC IS DEVILISH!!! But let's keep thsnking God for d many blessings we av even though are arms may seem empty now. He will surely fill it wd our children.

hormonal imbalance is d culprit - estrogen n progesterone. Take vitex, dong quai and black cohosh. If u can afford d solgar brand of dong quai n vitex, it is better. Take more of warm water and do d castor oil therapy if u can. Make banana and papaya (Paw paw) ur best fruit and take gud multivitamin. U will start seeing result from d first month. ' Prescribed based on experience. Baby dust.

u can see where this is heading to, and that boy will be seeing all this and will feel happy. please dont try any further discussion wd dh, dont involve any thid party in this. I go with what mama Loisemn said, the best is to ignore the boy n try not to let whatever he does bother you. It will pain u sometimes but endure n pretend. show him love n care and leave d rest to God. I call it loving the unloveable. U will notice a change in DH once u do that. Try and forgive dh for d slap, suprise him by not reacting negatively, pretend it dosent hurt. I knw it is hard especially whn u knw u r right, but please for peace sake n for ur health sake, forgive n try n forget. e hugs sis. Ur testimony is closer n we'll rejoice wd u soon.

my dear mama curvilicious, I can relate wd u as one of dh nephews was doing same to me, taking food from pot, not washing plates, not sweeping, not making his bed etc. but i was lucky he used to come only on weekends, whn i complained dh did not find it funny at all. i stopped complaining n started ignoring, i will leave d guest room exactly d way he left it till his next visit, i wont mind if he eats all d food in d pot which he does sometimes, i will wash d plates and cook for him in order for me to av peace. I will still give hin money whn he is leaving. Now if he comes, he will ask for what he can do for me n i will tell him not to bother, he will be so confuse, he will look for wht to do in the house, i will do as if i av not seen him. like some mamas said here, u av to ignore that boy, he is not worth ur marriage and b prayerful, pray, u never can tell his mission in ur home, tell God to make him get in trouble wd dh in a way that dh will b d one to send him away. Someone shared this wd me on watzup this evening, i think it is worth reading. May God see u through this. please don't leave your marriage because of that boy.

@frankdoho, she is a local midwife, has no instrument. she uses bare hand n vaseline which she will ask u to provide wd toilet tissue. but there is a way she will position u to do d lifting that is if she check n that is d problem. on that aspect i can testify she knws d job. u can pm me for direction if u r interested.

cravingchic, is it back pain u av or waist pain? i am asking because there was a tym i had serious waist pain, i cld nt sit or bend down . i did all d massage in this world n took so many drugs all to no avail until someone directed me to one of those women there in Akwaibom she sd she needed to lift my womb according to her, n she did just for 3k then n it was like a magic, all d pains ceased till today. so i dont knw if urs is d same case but if u dont mind, i can direct u if u want to try.
