Early this week I went for Hormonal profile( on Day 21)test. At the end f the test, I was told to come back for another test on the 3rd day of my period. Pls I will like to know if that is the way is being run.
Why am asking is the fact that , have carried out such test in the past ( from a different lab ) which I was never told to comeback on day 3.

Godchild2015, day 21 test is for hormone progesteron while day 3 is for others like prolactin, FSH, LH, etc. for accurate result, go wd d lab.

mamas, please let's not be weary. I noticed the thread has not been vibrant this days probably because we are tired, I know it is not easy especially when you have prayed and tried everything you could without result. I read somewhere that the value of persistent prayer is not that God will hear us, (He is not deaf) but that we finally hear him. Please learn to listen when you pray and ask Him to speak to you, He might have different answers than what we expect from him, but in all, He will come through for us. While ttc, we should remember that God did not create us just for the sole purpose of bearing children else he wouldn't give us uterus and brains. Let us find out other roles God put us on earth to play aside from motherhood. Let us see how we can function in these roles because motherhood will come to us one day, God does not lie. I hope by then we wont realized we have failed God in other roles. According to Albert Schweitzer "in the hopes of reaching the moon, men fail to see the flowers that blossom at their feet". Look around, see how you can contribute positively to the society, see how you can be of help to that your neighbour, see how you can help the teens so they don't make the same mistakes we made growing up. just see what you can do in that your spare time. Life isn't about destination, it's about what you did during the journey. And finally, Let us try and find happiness where we are no matter the trials because it will pass one day. Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfection. Remember, no matter how bad you think you have it, someone else always has it worse.

Ayashow, your post brought tears to my eyes. I know how you feel but please encourage yourself. This is not the time to give up on God no matter the situation. You can complain to your God, Yes, Job did and yet he was a righteous man. But please don't let your trust in the Lord and your love for him go down because he will never forsake you no matter what. He sees your pains, he hears your cry. You may ask me why he has not responded all this while. the answer is that He is God, He does whatever pleases him and He cannot be question. But I know there is nothing he does without a purpose and he make all things beautiful in His time. When God permitted the devil to shake the faith of Job, Job complained on many occasions but never gave up on God. Job 7: 11 “So I will not be quiet! I will let my suffering spirit speak! I will let my bitter soul complain! Vs 20 - 21 ".... If I sinned, would that hurt you? Why have you made me your target? Have I become a problem for you? Why don’t you just pardon me for doing wrong? Why don’t you just forgive me for my sins? in Job 23: 1-7 “I am still complaining today. I groan because God is still making me suffer. I wish I knew where to find him. I wish I knew how to go to where he lives. I would present my case to him. Yes, Job complained but he did not give up. Job 13:15 I will continue to trust God even if he kills me. But I will defend myself to his face. and in Job 27:6 he said "My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live".
Please hold on to God. You said you don't understand your purpose any more? assuming God make you pass through all this so that when he lift you up tomorrow you will be able to tell others in similar situation that God is a faithful God. 2 Cor 1:4 -4 What a wonderful God we have—he is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the source of every mercy, and the one who so wonderfully comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials. And why does he do this? So that when others are troubled, needing our sympathy and encouragement, we can pass on to them this same help and comfort God has given us.
My sister, I will leave you with Psalm 20: 1-5 "In your day of trouble, may the Lord be with you! May the God of Jacob keep you from all harm. 2 May he send you aid from his sanctuary in Zion. 3 May he remember with pleasure the gifts you have given him, your sacrifices and burnt offerings. 4 May he grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans. 5 May there be shouts of joy when we hear the news of your victory, flags flying with praise to God for all that he has done for you. Yesterday i walked into the room and met DH holding and staring @ the lovely gown and short I bought for my inioluwa(heritage) last weekend and I asked him hope all is well and he said to me Honey I need my baby girl, I felt so sad for him immediately but instead of crying or consoling ourselves we just went on our knees and pray.. And we told God he must settle us before d end of dis 70days mfm fasting and Prayer and I am sure and convince that he will do it.
