Rosie wears her heart on her sleeve. You aren't guessing her actions because she says whatever she's feeling. So don't make it seem she just wanted to be seen as sweetness and light. If she were, she'll hide whatever it is that's disturbing her deep inside her heart and never talk about it.

Presh clears David now because resentment is building up. Before now, she was so appreciative of his choosing her that she turned a blind eye to things about him that irked her. But now that the acquisition excitement has died down, she can't help but snap at him for ittle things.

But when they are called for the couple sessions, they present a great front and act like everything is perfect when it's really not.

That's my point. Saying breakfast MUST be light all to form posh is what I don't get.

I can imagine choosing between Ofe Nsala with fufu and one yummy fried grilled chizzy toast like that.

It is breakfast, which is supposed to be a "small thing". Breakfast approach in Nigeria is very wrong. In Nigeria people do very heavy breakfast like swallow, ogbonge beans and yam, mountain of rice and half chicken as early as 8am in the morning as breakfast. This is just too much.

And the process is repeated in the afternoons and evenings. So Nigerians eat three heavy meals a day and then wonder why people are struggling with personal weight issues and "big tommy". All that heavy stuffing of carbohydrate, fat and salt will store somewhere in the body; for the ladies that would be tommy, bum and arm. For the male, that is pot belly.

By design we should only eat one heavy meal a day and that should not be breakfast. Maybe lunch or early dinner could be heavy.

Breakfast should be light like fruit and vegetables salad with a slice of bread and milk or tea or coffee or juice or even water. You are good to go.

You don't expect these sets of people to eat fried voom cheese every morning before working, do you?

Microwave watchers association. Preshdavid keep acting the 'ideal' couple but anyone with half a brain can see that the only cord binding those two together is the show Ultimate Love. I can't get over how she wiped her lips in disgust when David impulsively kissed her yesterday. Body language is everything. David likes Presh but Presh doesn't like David at all. She's just riding this Ultimate Love wave to propel her career in show biz.

Rosie on her part really liked David and when he moved on to Presh, she was hurt and bitter about it. Kachi played second fiddle but you could always see the dismissive way she treated him at the time One thing I love Rosie for is the fact that she can't pretend to save her life. When she wasn't feeling Kachi, the whole world could see it in her demeanour. Gradually she healed from her hurt and opened her heart to him. She's so in love with Kachi you can see the sparkle in her eyes. Rosie will forever be spiteful of Presh, not because she's still into David. Example- If your friend starts dating your man, you might never get over that betrayal even when you're happily married to someone else

This here is exactly the problem.......most viewers are seeing this as a contest to win....if u go in there for the exact purpose the show is meant for....whether u check out the 1st week or last week wouldnt matter so long u were able to establish a serious relationship from there...

Pray tell ...if ROKSIE wins and are not able to stick together after the show but preshdavid leaves tomorrow and end up getting married, who really won?


The prize will only b gotten after 1 year of being married.....the sponsored traditional wedding will only happen if the proposal is made on the show......people are ignorant of these facts and think its BBN 'a winner takes all' show.

Munzy, thot u were a jaykech fan, u don port go preshdavid. Poor choice though, presh is not into david. They are not even a good match, presh is too stiff for david. David is no longer the funny and goofy guy we all saw and liked from day1 coz of her.
