I have always said this time without number that Igbo land will be worse than South Sudan,Iraq,Lybia, and Rwanda if eventually they get the so called Biafra.
The Anambra man will tell you he is the authentic Igbo man than the Enugu or IMO person.

See, I'm not saying a guy shouldn't invest in his future. I can't even stand a guy with no future ambition. If I'm dating a guy I should know his financial status and I'm not saying ladies should be demanding from their guys, no. But if once in a while the guy feels like changing my wardrobe, buying me birthday presents and so on, that he shouldn't do it cos it's suicide mission. No that's an absurd thing to say. Note that while he's doing these things, I on my end would also reciprocate in the little ways I can. That's the spice of every relationship. It shouldn't be a one sided thingy. The op is making it sound like if a guy spends on her girl it would automatically make him broke and render his future useless. That's not fair. People should think well before poisoning other people's minds. It's just like saying that when you pay your tithe you'd become broke or when you buy clothes to wear or anything that has nothing to do with investment.
wen did u now become 'God' men shud pay tithe

Politics › Budget Padding Not Possible Without Connivance Of Executive Arm- Na’abba by murphyibiam15(op): 12:35pm On Aug 08, 2016
Former Speaker, House of Representatives, Mr Ghali Na'Abba, has called for
proper investigation of the role played by officials in the executive arm in the
current budget padding controversy.
Na'Abba
Na'Abba made the call while answering questions from Energy Correspondents,
at a workshop organised by Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company
(KRPC) in Kano.
He said it was impossible for the budget to be padded without the connivance
of government officials.
``This stealing of funds cannot be possible without active connivance with some
members of the executive arm,`` he said.
On calls for the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara to
resign, Na'Abba said that the call was ``unwarranted'' as there was no formal
indictment of the speaker.
``According to my understanding, where the issue being referred to as padding
comes into play, is a situation where some members go behind and add items
of expenditure to what has already been agreed upon.
``For either stealing the funds or doing whatever they feel like doing with it.
``So far, accusations are being traded amongst members of the house, but no
investigation has been conducted.
``On the call for the resignation of the Speaker, the question is, what has the
Speaker done to warrant his resignation?``
He called for full investigation to ascertain the level of involvement of members
of the House mentioned in the allegation before calling on anyone to resign.
``I expect that for 16 years of return to democracy, Nigerians would have
understood the responsibilities of the National Assembly.
``For some weeks now, there has been controversy over what is called padding.
``As far as I am concerned, the National Assembly has the responsibility to pass
the budget, approve it and allow the executive arm to execute it.''
On whether padding constituted an offence, Na'Abba said, "It all depends on
what angle you look at it, I just told you that the responsibility of appropriation
belongs to the national assembly.
``If padding is seen as an offence, then it is when some members of the
national assembly decide to add items of expenditure through the back door
after the bill has been passed by the two legislative arms.
``It therefore behoves on Nigerians to decide who represent them in the national
assembly.’’`
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that 30 selected Journalists from the
Kaduna Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) attended the three-
day workshop, designed sharpen their skills in reporting the Oil and Gas sector.

Read your post again. They talked about his image and family and not his policies. I even made mention of that. There is nothing wrong with their statement. Have you ever seen CAN warning against attacks on a Muslim? These groups are selfish in nature. I want you to understand this. Why didn't they defend gej? Because he is not from their North. Simple
no need arguing over this.....CAN is a religious body and same as Muslims and they're by default established to protect their members interest...here we are talking about politics of which buhari is a president to both CAN and muslims

Politics › Northern Youths Threaten Showdown With ‘anti-buhari’ Campaigners by murphyibiam15(op): 10:54am On Aug 08, 2016
Northern youth under the auspices of Northern Youth Leaders Assembly, have threatened not to tolerate any further attack on the image of President Muhammadu Buhari, who according to them has done so much to put the nation on the path to progress.

The group which made this threat in a communiqué co-signed by its Chairman, Communique Drafting Committee, Yakubu Danlami and Secretary, Kwuanu Terrence, said it will no longer tolerate any insults to the family and members of the president cabinet threatening to mobilize “resources to take on anyone who think they can use their image as a chess pawn in the game playing out in the media”.

“We warn that the north will no longer tolerate any further attack on the image, family and character of President Muhammadu Buhari in his quest to make Nigeria a better place for all. We take particular exception to our Service Chiefs, security personnel and their families being harassed needlessly and we will not hesitate to mobilize our resources to take on anyone who think they can use their image as a chess pawn in the game playing out in the media,” they warned.

According to them, political and public office holders are being demonised and criminalised on account of what they stand for, while adding that the height of this is the rebirth of separatist movements and militant groups in the southern part of the country to harass the Buhari Presidency.

They said, some of those behind these aberrations have openly declared that they are doing it to express their ethnic discontent, acknowledging that this does not bode well for the country as the concept of a one Nigeria.

Meanwhile the youth have set up a media team responsible for countering propaganda against the north which according to them, will regularly highlight the President’s contributions to Nigeria’s democracy.
