Politics › Re: Landmark: Peter Obi Is inciting S/Easterners Against Tinubu - Umahi (vid, Pix) by Museum: 6:25pm On May 01, 2024 |
"While I think Umahi went too far in saying Peter Obi is inciting Igbos, I think it is important for Peter Obi to inform himself of the implications of some of his submissions in the public arena. Nigeria is too fragile to play this ethnic game because of elections."
What many are reading is him fighting for his brother's investment, whipping up mob sentiments and misrepresenting facts.
Until now, Landmark has not proved to the social media that they own the land. They are saying shift the project away so I can illegally stay on the land. That is the illegality Peter Obi supports.
At this time, the Landmark CEO owes the government an apology and owes the mob on social media an apology for misleading the public through social media.[/quote]You did well by making attempts at a cost breakdown. But, were you prevaricating and making an attempt at double speak?, at the quoted portions of your take?, Is Mr. Obi's speech not a deliberate attempt at incitement of particular persons?, would there be need for any apologies, if indeed there were no sentiment whip ups, by both the Landmark landlord, and the politicians who decide to ride on it, using words like 'insensitive and heart-wrenching', knowing fully well the polity, and the triggering inherent?; and despite these, push on, based off a mix of falsehoods, and half truths? |

Some of those may be responsible, and not all I believe, as they do exist now across the ethnic divides. Being losers themselves, they are only capable suppliers of divisiveness, never in good faith, and totally inept of logic. It must be such a smart move for the original topic creator to have bunched entire tribes, including their own supporters from these tribes into a coloration of incorrect decision makers, and incapable of making good decisions because of their cultural heritages. Well I do not blame him, serves those ones right, after all they won't be spared of the name-calling, and insults, they would always be an unregarded means to the selfish ends of some. adefitim: OP please stop this kind of thread before it get to late, remember that in 3 years time yall we want to project your kinsmen for President and you will need the same pple you all hurling and calling all sort of names. Learn this game and remove emotions, nobody hate Igbo now but when the election comes the tone will change....

Prevarication, outright lies, mind games, and confusion seem to be the lot of some, like the author here. On some days, the tribes you pointed out voted the winner of elections?, howbeit wrongly, by your assertion. On other days, 'No!, the elections were rigged, as the losing candidate(s) must have had the majority vote?. Why not pick a side and stick with it?, It must be such a miserable cope system latching to just about anything for a futile and failed attempt at rational thinking. |

Unfortunately, most comments here are extremely incorrect. Now you'll understand how education without bias is important, as well as the influence of PR and muzzling by State. Read deeply if you are interested in the truth, it's complicated and risqué. |

Oftentimes, it beats my imagination when folks make broad misleading statements and posturing here and there. I ponder if it’s mischief or a default parochial disposition. How I wish this particular Oyo and Anambra analysis was at least a tad honest |

You may begin processing at Ikoyi afresh I believe, if you haven’t done biometrics/been issued an enrollment number at the former application. Had a reprocess/recapture done at Ikoyi recently, mine being at the instance of the processing immigration officer though. lovable85: Good morning, please can I submit my application twice, because I submitted a fresh application in asaba since July 9th. Till now no response, and what I’m always told, is there is no booklet ☹️☹️☹️
Now I’m thinking of submitting in IKoyi and paying for express, is it possible?
Or if it isn’t PLEASE help suggest to me what I can do abeg , I need the passport urgently |

Derende: It is not a process you will be repeating every three months. If you are lucky you won't even have any need of going for a visa change because if you are able to get a job within your first or second month of entering Dubai, your employer will put in for a two year work visa for you. But visa change only occurs in a situation whereby you are not able to land a job within the period of the validity of your visa and you don't intend going back home or a situation you get a job at the tail end when your visa is about to expire and there is a kind of stringent policy by your employer that you need to be under studied for a period of a month or two before a work visa can be put in for you. That is the two major areas you will need to go for visa change to avoid been in a overstay status. This is the major reason I will always advice those coming to Dubai for work related stuffs and are a bit financially buoyant to come in with a two year resident permit with EID to avoid this issues of visa change and overstay. . |
