Lots of persons here including me have updated their A5 pro to Android 10 without running into any issue and they are so enjoying their phones. They won't get bored anytime soon.

Maybe android version do not mean anything to you, but they do to me. Stay in your old version and leave other people to do their thing.

Did you play around with your ROM using PC? You have to be honest for a solution to come.

If you did, you gat to pay UMIDIGI to get your fingerprint back.
If you didn't, factory reset, then flash stock ROM for a test

Same thing mistakenly happen to one of my device. I was set to flash another phone and I wrongly out another device to it. Thank GOD nothing happen at the moment but after sometime I begin to have little drastic effect from it.

What's your previous history with the phone. Did you try anything suspicious or something you believe it might lead to it
