I ordered for 2 umidigi A3S for two of my sisters about 3 weeks ago when it arrived I updated both of them before passing them to their owners.

Everything was fine until I saw a new update notification on one of my sister's phone and decided to help her download and install the update yesterday, the front camera was fine, she even used it this morning and said the is camera is now better than it was before I updated it.

This afternoon after changing the phone she tried to use the camera and couldn't find the icon to swap from back to front camera (it was there this morning before charging, after the update).

So I tried another camera app but it seems the app can't connect with the front camera.

The other phone is ok

How do I solve this problem?

The earbud I bought from aliexpress arrived 3 days before total lock down, I was called by post office to come for it, I refused to go and collect it till now because I am afraid it might be contaminated with virus. Now, I have items worth 120k expected from aliexpress. I am confused I don't know what to do. Is there any way to decontaminate the items if they come?
