My wife spilled 7up inside her handbag which also had her Umidigi A3 in it.

She didn't do anything about it coz the phone continued to work for the rest of the day until battery ran out. She only raised alarm when she tried charging the phone and it refused to charge. That's when I examined the phone and discovered that the camera lenses were misty.

I ejected the SIM tray and saw traces of fluid that was when she admitted that her drink spilled on the phone.

Can anyone help please or the phone is completely damaged? All the repairers we met at computer village rejected the phone.

Although I was using a 4,500 mah battery before so I've gotten used to longer battery life but 100% before the day and one more charge during the day will last you 24hours and more, I'm thinking of getting a power bank, but I have this weird mentality that power bank ruins battery so I'm still scared a bit. Camera, I can't really say because I am not a camera person. But occasionally I open the camera to see its potential, and the camera no be Amaka. Makes sense


But Umidgi dey hot during charging 50% of times even when I am not pressing it while charging. Some times it'll not be hot at all during charging, some times just mild... Nothing significant, sometimes hot... Very strange. Note: data is not on or me pressing.

Finger print is 9/10 because I have captured all parts of my finger, so it pretty fast and goes through 99% of times

Everybody wey they see the phone without pouch just dey disturb me say if they were me they'll use the phone without pouch but me i no wan umipepper them too much

If I am to score the phone with respect to my expectations before buying it, 10/10. No regrets at all.. The phone dey always sweet my belle
