Is this normal? Time left used to be way higher than this for the same level of charge.

The level of your remaining depend on the usage of the phone at present.

If you turn on screen to the fullest and probably doing some heavy stuff, the battery consumption will increase and drainage will be on the move.
Also putting on 4g base on Nigeria network is a bad advice...
