There was a guy we both boarded the same bus after the test, the guy said he didn't submit any documents, but he did the test.

In my centre they were strict with the collection of documents, later they just instructed the candidates slated to have their test at 7 am to drop their documents without checking them.

As for the gubernatorial elections in March 2019,the IPOB has decided that it's members should vote against Dave Umahi of Ebonyi and Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia,two governors that have been identified to be actively working against it's interests.
Rochas Okorocha cannot be voted out because he is leaving after completing two terms of 4 years each.
We shall boycott the forthcoming presidential elections and every other with the notable exception of Abia and Ebonyi where the incumbents, Okezie Ikpeazu and Dave Umahi are using their positions to facilitate the kidnapping, arrest, torture and execution of our people. This recent misconception by some individuals who intend to have Umahi and Ikpeazu return to office, will never deter us because they don’t exist in the real world.

Don't stress yourself going to any center to submit your credentials. I just left fsb office in Abuja.. A text message will be sent to successful applicants so they will know the day for the test. Its going to be 1 day event.
