I don't think that's the case. The US is a country of over 300 million people and I believe it boils down to strong database and efficient system. Nothing makes your passport undoable in matter of hours or at most few days if your have a good database system and solid structure in-place

I don't know if you can get non-lactose milk in Nigeria but there are non-lactose milk products OR you use lactase pill before taking milk products....either of the two options
