You're making a mistake with your analysis. Remember that Gej was roundly defeated in the north hence he lost the election. It will not be the same this time. Remember that Atiku is also from core north and a Fulani, so it will be a serious contest between two of them. Again the dynamics that gave Buhari the mammoth amount of votes in the north is no longer in play. A lot has changed since the last election. Remember the NE where Atiku came from has not produced the president and now they may see this as their chance to the presidency. I'm predicting Atiku victory in the NE, though Buhari will put up a showing. In the NW, buhari will carry the day but remember there are problems in APC already in some NW states, Atiku will still put up a good showing. In the SW, their votes are always divided as a result of some factors bordering on religion and non indigenes living there. So even Buhari is going to win, it won't be a landslide. Buhari has already lost the NC to Atiku as a result of some factors you may know about. The truth is that if Buhari performs as woefully as he did in 2o15 in the SE and SS, he should forget about the election. He will be defeated. Just think about this without sentient and you will see what I'm saying. The truth is that, this election will be too close to call.

Hmmm after carefully looking at the 2015 election results as you posted, I can comfortably say this election will be difficult to predict. If Gej who was not a northener and a Muslim can put in such a performance then Atiku will do much better. Forget about the incumbent factor during Gej's time, the whole North ganged up against him. But this may not be the case with Atiku. Surely the votes in the north will be seriously divided. The battle ground is in the South especially the SE and SS, hence the Buhari govt making all effort to gain ground there. Just check the 2015 result and you will see what I mean.

the required recommendation letter is from the school you graduated from.
Secondly, u dnt need to download any reference form. All you need to do is to contact a lecturer from you previous institution, explain to him/her the type of reference u need. In this case u need a letter of recommendation for a scholarship award
