I remembered coming here everyday to come read and learn from mr pistotita and his long english grammers.

It was fun and by the same time confusing! Those things he used to say made me reason twice, i only envisioned farmers been called poor and hungry!

And that day this agricultural thread was just so boring to me because i found no new thing to learn or to see about.

So i decided to crack up a joke by encouraging them with my dream as a rich niggar farmer!

To tell them its very much possible to wear gucci chains and shoes to the farm! To roll up your expensive customized wrist watch one side just to arrange a few in your farm!

Even though farming is been regarded to as the occupation for only the poor here in nigeria!

It pains me pistotita have been reduced to this as a nobody but life goes on, thats why in life you need be humble so you can be raised high!

This is for those who think they cant be touched or been moved from where they are today.

You dont know with the twinkle of an eye you can be of a nobody tommorrow

been following you for some time and I like your confidence and believe in what you want to achieve from farming. am a farmer also but into livestock farming. I have 5 acres of land in ishara in Ogun state were I want to do intensive farming. I wouldn't mind us working together to achieve same goal you set for yourself.... you can quote me if interested in working with me so we do something together.

Investing in farming is a risk just like any other business, we all know that, but to have relative peace, it has to be binding. The lawyer is just to ensure there isn't any hanky-panky at the end of the day.

I'm sure most people will agree with my assertion. Whether it's 50k or 500k that one is willing to invest, it's all money. So to avoid stories that touch the heart, get a lawyer and guarantor, fix a meeting place for potential investors, and meet up with them.

That way, EVERYONE IS "SAFE"

but you know i can still run this by only myself and hold on,

the lawyer and guarantor issue is only when i have expanded to hectares of land!

When millions of naira by then would have been involved.

But for now i am still on trust because my level is not upgraded yet.

I started this with clear minds and vision to stay for a lifetime

all this conditioning will make me back out as soon as possible.

This lawyer and gaurantor issue is good for you investors but it will cause panic in me and i can loose focus easily.

Not everyone can work on pressures to deliver!

But am sure of what i have in minds.

because i know its only all this high black suited men likes involving lawyers in any of their businesses,

as i have said earlier this is just my first start going commercial on this!

am a kind of simple person and i dont like to buid pressure that will make me to fail.

The constant thinking of a lawyer and i need to deliver will give me headache,

this thing for now is simply on trust for now,

I have indeed been on the farm since 8.30am this morning,

just came back around 6pm this evening!

Please in the name of God and the hot sun that has been always burning my soft skull during the day to please have mercy!

My plan from the beginning of time was to startup a farm,
when its time for harvest we are to share the profits every week 50/50 % no cheating.

But am sure to give you back your investment back in 4-5 months time.

And if you are really been satisfied with me you can still invest more.

But by then we would have gotten hectares of land in ogun state for expansion purpose!

My plan is to make this an investment program for a lifetime,
meaning no stoping on this!

once you invest any amount of money we are to agree on a certain percentage of your returns.

Please dont involve lawyers in this for now!

Maybe later when we deal on hectares of land i will then call for a lawyer because i dont even really trust all this ogun state agents selling or renting lands.

I was even thinking of going to the farm 2moro been sunday to go and water effectively the plants,

but now i aint going nowhere,
i repeat i aint going nowhere

this rain is enough to cover tomorrows watering,

please this is okro and not all this greens and other vegetables that needs daily watering.

Okro is a tap root plant that can survive harsh hot weathers!

This rainfall is enough for me to be at rest since 2moro is sunday,

and the lord said!
keep my sabbath day holy by not going to work.

I will only have to visit the farm on monday to water it.

It seems serious and heavy,

it has not really been too long i left the farm and i prayed in my mind for rain,

It's really a stressful work bro

The Rain should have started since

because of this i have even gone far to study calender years,

to know which one is leap year and the one that is not.
I was really checking if leap years affect rainfalls or what.

Something that i have never done before in my entire life,

to tell you how the sun has made me gone crazy.

Although i use borehole and sprinklers to water the whole land but it seems not enough as the scorching heat will lick it up in hours.

Now i know why farmers worldwide pray earnestly to the lord for rains.

Even mr okoroemeka too would have been on 3 days dry prayer and fasting for the lord to bless us with rains!

When i was never into this,
i hated the rains with deep passion because it spoils our roads and pitches we used to play football in the evenings!

But now if you are to tell me to go and sacrifice my one leg so the rains can fall today,

i will surely and fastly tell you lets go there to make the sacrifice as fast as possible,
LOL!

I never knew praying for rains existed ontill this very minute.

Thats why vegetables prizes now are on the high side

farmers are complaining of no rains!

Even with all their advanced water and drip irrigations
