PETERiCHY:
http://www.cnbc.com/2015/12/07/opec-decision-to-keep-output-high-pulls-oil-prices-close-to-2015-lows.html

Brent crude fell to a more than 6½-year low on Monday after OPEC's meeting ended without a reference to its output ceiling and a stronger dollar made it more expensive to hold crude positions.

Brent crude, the globally traded benchmark, was down $1.10 at $41.90 a barrel by 9:28 a.m. EDT (1328 GMT), having hit the lowest level since March 3, 2009.

U.S. crude was trading at $38.63 a barrel, down $1.34, or 3.4 percent, and closing in on the 2015 low of $37.75.

Sir Peterichy, are you working in Oil Company? Because too much updates on this crude oil price!

my brother just buy and sell then use your money to do other businesses then come back again same time the next year and pick profits.how can i buy stocks and keep it thru out the year when i am into numerous businesses? As i can see now someone above this post is attacking me because i am not encouraging you guys to trade in stocks from january to december.

ok.to make it simple i am about to load about 700,000 units of FBN OR 1,500,000 units of FIDELITY and will offload around dividend payment time i.e march next year and i wont trade again till same time again the next year and my profit can never be less than #500,000.

pls everyone should trade the way it pleases him or her o.i am only showing you my own pattern of trade.i dont even have a single unit at nse but my volume speaks for me once i enter.

Sir, i understand your trading strategy. Don't forget what works best for you might be the opposite for someone else. Take for instance, the profit you anticipate of making for the duration of time you intend to come into the market would me made by another person within a trading week if market pull out luck. So, sir, stick to what works best for you. Best of luck on your business!

Na when the thing don finally bottom out we go enter no be now abeg u bros.Na the time we never know.

i am sure those people who bought FBN at #4.98 and #5.00 will not come now to tell us they sold at #5.55k.we have already taken note of that great deal that pushed the price to #5.45k last friday.i am saying this because FBN will still go down maybe to #4.50k and that is my target price.

No problem sir. Best of luck!

Do you think some companies will declare dividend this december but the banks I am sure it will be next year.......................

Sir, am not sure on that. There's is high tendency (speculation) that audited results will be released early especially the bank, come January/Feb 2016 by God's grace. Some Ogas' at the top have began dividend payment/approved discussion grin

Another late preemptive action against Janet Yellen very highly likely dropping the 'liftoff' bombshell come mid Dec.

Watch out for Nov employment figures dropping any minute now pointing strongly to a hike.

The (~)decade old zero-rate party's over Time to stampede the hot money back home.

Madam Yellen might gives market early Santa rally in their next FOMC meeting by not hiking rate when expected though. Anyway, market is already anticipating for it as anything can happen!

Almost N5bn worth of shares traded this week alone. Are they offloading or something is brewing here?

Sir Born, base on little knowledge of the deal, it is an exchange of stocks from foreign investors to local institutional investors (Fund Manager) lol. Nothing much to worry about though grin

IN RETROSPECT!!! Just stumbled into this. One of those hopeful posts of myjoy. When His word was an "authority". Now TRANSCORP is sub N1.70 and readily available. It is rather intelligent not to be too assertive especially when a number of variables are outside your control.

Sir, thank you. It is well!

I think overt assumption may have led to predictions outside his control. A lot of lessons may have been learnt by all.NSE calls for a lot of humility and soberness.

Sir, what would you do?

We are at the bottom............Any movement should be upward but I just don't trust the intelligence of new administration............They seems to have poor leadership style....................By God's grace,I hope the new year will usher new era of bullish trading..........Though I don't see NSE closing +ve this year just like in 2008.................All active players have turned their back to Buhari...................

Sir, they might have turn their back on him but they should realize that "One can't build a house on a foundation that had already rotten and tarnished in terms of the materials used"! This is applicable to Nigeria at the moment. There's a strong possibility that things will turn around for best as we approach 2016 by his grace. Remember, in business there is no permanent enemy but permanent interest! They are coming back for sure...

Yes SIR i am in some of those stocks you menttioned but my question was pertaining to a scenario similar to the bull of august this year. UBA stopped at 4.50 meaning there was a general consensus amongst investors that that should be the price reached. so if there was suddenly a bull in NSE like in August from the price of uba now i am trying to get the feeling of investors to know what price they would expect it to reach?

Messrs Elia and Angelo think march, april will be the bull and feel above N5

Sir, i will advise you to hold-on to what works best for you. A little drop of water and a grain of sand makes a mighty ocean. The only thing i will say concerning your question is that the anticipated year 2016 will be better than 2015 for stock market and our country, Nigeria. Everything by the grace of almighty God!

If you already have one account registered with a registrar and you want to change it to another one,can you upload the new account via your bank as well?.........................

Absolutely yes sir. The bank only needs your BVN and the name of those registrars. Your registrar might give you a call to confirm if you will like to change your bank mandate? Or they will just update your bank mandate via the portal with the new one submitted.

EDUECO:
Sir,can this e-DMMS registration be done in 2 or 3 bank accounts with different banks? Is it also okay to use more than 2 or 3 bank accounts for e-dividend?

Sir, you only need one bank to process it and upload it for you. No need to do it 2 or 3 times unless there is a little setback or error when processing or uploading the form into the portal system.

I went to my bank(Stanbic)this morning and I was told they have not gotten any information on e-dividend mandate forms portal system, except I give them my registrars mandate form for them to endorse and I will take it back to my various registrars.....

Has any one done this new SEC e-dividend mandate form via banks

Cc: my joy, angelo08, Elai etc

Sir, you can wait for your bank to get it done for you or visit another bank (If you have another one) without going through different requirements from your different brokers. The e-dividend mandate doesn't takes much time the moment they process it and upload it to the e-DMMS portal. Your brokers will surely see it and the bank will verify what needs to be verify. Everything is done online via the portal! These will saves you time and money!

My account officer is not helping matter at all...He keeps telling me that he has sent the documents and the registrars are saying they are yet to receive the mandate forms from CSCS , that my broker should send an acknowledged copy of submitting it to CSCS office, which my account officer and customer care are not helping matter...

I need serious quick help

Sir, am sorry to hear about this. To make your issue simple, go to your bank and tell them you want to complete your e-dividend mandate form and the bank will process it and upload it via e-dividend mandate management system provided you have your BVN. You don't have to visit your stockbroker or registrars anymore. I hope this information help you grin. Just notify them the name of those registrars!
