There's a Fibre wallet that you can fund and then they take the subscription from it. Never used it to subscribe but when I was given a free subscription last month I just woke up and saw 25k in the wallet and then it was automatically used to pay when due.

Its really frustrating because it took almost 3 weeks after installation of constant calling for them to activate it and after 3days this happened and I've been calling them and they're saying they've sent an email check back tomorrow 🤦‍♂️

Depends on your router. Some may have a data usage monitor. Mine doesn't, but MTN is supposedly working on one for the Fibre page.

go to any Fan repairer and they could help you change it. One of the gear teeth has chopped. As for the Metalic or strong rubber type.
I don talk am before, most of those things ain't built to last afor the Ones that should last more, the price tag would scare + chase away most of us. Mind you, it's often rare to get quality electronic items from roadSide shops and a huge Reason being that the sellers are after what would move fast and you and I know it's often the cheaper things.

What you experiencing is cost of going cheap or not researching well. Shey na me go get that kind time ?

Think Oraimo charging cords as an example, I think QASA is no different. Hence, I worry extensively about getting a fake.

Received calls today from like three different MTN agents asking me if I still have issues with my FibreX..

Told them the issue has been rectified but I am still waiting for my compensation. They said they will escalate and ensure I receive the compensation, so I will be waiting. I will not forget easily sha, they must compensate me, those six days of downtime that they sent me back to the stone age with suffering, I will not easily forget. They must give me compensation

Anyone else having network inconsistency?

I get 40Mbps and then it jumps to 5Mbps and sometimes even 700Kbps and then settles at 30 or 20 Mbps. This has affected streaming massively as it buffers alot. This has been happening over the past few days.

Prior to this, I was getting consistent 50+ Mbps even during evening hours when the network usually goes kinda bad.
