If you’ve confirmed the person to be an agent of Mtn, you’re meant to provide certain details before the installation happens. This makes it possible for them to register the device and mail you your FibreX ID.

BUT, we must also be aware that for a Business Person, it also presents what is referred to as "A Single Point of Failure".
IF Anything happens to it (e.g, electrical mishap), it means the Operator will loose ALL means of income from USB Charging.

So, i will suggest an Operator gets this and then also have Single USB Chargers, as Backup.

To find and keep 5G signal is also war and not consistent. What will work today wouldn't work tomorrow.

I'm not into that business. But these are questions that helps one improve or innovate. It would be good to have both setups to cater to such customers.

It takes some getting used to that's all I can say especially the TV interface, and I included the extension for live matches in the image. There is no special way, if you're able to install extensions, change home screen extensions, you're good.

It's easier and more stable for me personally compared to the other ones, including the nollywood movies it has. Airtel made me download it initially cos of their unstable network,but I enjoy nuvio now too with mtn sub.

What Extension did you use?

I would stick with airtel ODU 22.5k compare to 30k and I can’t get the sim to move around

I added the YouTube extension to cloudstream. Watching YouTube channels with no adverts. Currently watching Arise News.

The app is really good but I struggle to find live matches to stream, unlike Nuvio and especially Stremio, which are easy to navigate.

Is there a special way to navigate the app that I'm missing?

Add these extensions; PlayzTV, PlayfyTV, Cricfy and any other sports extension you fancy.

Downtime has come again in my area. Small rain these few days and I came home to meet red blinking RED light on my router yesterday. Today I have returned to meet the same thing. I am sure equipment somewhere has been damaged. Last time this happened took about two weeks before it was fixed, and they never compensated me for the lost time. Only God knows when they will sort this one out. Well, by month end sub will expire, time to finally port, time to test run Airtel, instead of paying another 30K for their 50Mbps lemme pay Airtel 25K and set up ODU 🤔

The last time I had a downtime, I was informed by the rep to always call back after my issue has been resolved to request for compensation. I believe this is for when the downtime lasts for a considerable amount of time.

Just be patient, keep reaching out to them. It should have been registered and activated at the office you bought it. Bombard then with calls and messages. When it works, it works greatly.
