I understand you concern about time. But leave that to the SANS to worry about.

All results are yet to be transmitted as at today. So INEC erred.

Transmission was to be done via bvas which is an electronic device hence the word electronic. The manual computation done at the collation center (from ward to LGA to state) will be redone and the correct result will be presented by PEPT.

That is the essence of all the loads of boxes LP were bringing. If you are not seeing the direction of the case yet then I can help it.

All wrong values used in the computation will be discarded and the correct CTC values used.

Witness you will see will be likely inec chairman, aws, inec ad-hoc staff etc.

1. From pulling unit
2. From irev
3. From inec CTC
4..possibly their agent copies and police copies.

They have also done their computation in all their statement. Why do you think they talk about schedule, paragraphs etc?

The inec chairman statement has no weight,what has weight is what the law specifies.

You don't need to work there to know. He probably used AWS to warehouse the data he got from irev.

If there is a downtime, as an aws user you ought to get a mail about the downtime.

Do you know if AWS is subpoena to explain if there was a downtime on 25th Feb?

LP told you they have not brought their star witness.

Just imagine what will happen if INEC chairman said they have aws issue and AWS says there was no issue from their end?

Don't mind the lawyer, he wanted to sneak in the phrase that INEC chairman said he will not transmit result. I was right with my assumption in my precious post.

He was saying the figures as in numbers (LP 75, APC 10) will not be transmitted.

LP has been consistent in quoting what INEC chairman said.

Yakubu made the revelation on Wednesday night at a meeting with leaders of International Election Observers who visited him at his Commission headquarter.

He said Presiding Officers has the mandate to use the Bimodal Voters Accreditation (BVAS) machine to snap
election results documented on the results sheet from each polling unit and upload the photo of the result on the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IRev) for anxious Nigerians to observe.

Judgment will be based on facts.

Fact presented by LP so far are

1. The result sheets(from the CTC from INEC). They have proved in their schedule that LP won in the election based on INEC CTC result.

2. They are also presenting these video to prove that the inec chairman changed goal post with the intention of manipulating the result.

3. They brought in a Software Engineer and Architect to prove that the issue with uploading the result was deliberate and they might have narrowed it down to where(IP address) from where it was done and time.

I think using Sopoena is a smart move by Lp lawyers.

We need to read the full text to know what he meant exactly. But raw figure could mean that the value in the sense of typing LP 75, APC 20 etc will not be done.

What ever reason they alluded will not be relevant because they transmitted Senate and House of rep.

And transmission of the result is embedded in the electoral act.

INEC lawyer want him to say it is a eletronic collation system to infer that the system sums up the result automatically. If he had said that it means he does not have the understanding and his analysis will be thrown away in the dustbin.

But he was right by saying it is a collation system that serves as a checker. He said it is supposed to store a copy of the original EC8A transmitted from PU. He did very well.

Statiscian is an aspect of maths. He is a prof mathematics.

They wanted him to say he is statician so that they will say he made assumptions in his analysis.

If you noticed, the court also asked him question around the word random and he was specific in his response. He picked the state to analyse randomly but used exact data.

Data used were real and exact data not sample data like a statistian could do.

1. Your lawyers will not allow him talk.
