That means any doctrine that forbids one from marry is a man made doctrine and not scriptural.

The charismatic movement was not there long before pentecostal movement. The charismatic movement started when 2 American prof when to a prayer meeting( 1966) and got babtized in holy spirit and went back to their chapel and started laying hands(1967) and the movement started to spread while pentecostal movement grew out of holiness revival in the 2nd half of 19th century and became an outbreak in 1901. So please.
