Followed these story of Davido n Sophia...n I feel that it was davido inexperience that lead him to these though can't blame him much but you see these Sophia...menhhhh...she had a plan from the very beginning...is it love never. let's imagine if Sophia's parents were the rich people here...I can't bet you she will tell davido (if he had even come near her) to go and look for his mate...the lesson is that if you can't marry him or her think twice before the issue of sex start to surface....n to uncle dele momodu if he had been there for his cousin way back before she met davido..well I don't know whether he made attempt ohhh...maybe she would have been a better person...get a good job or have her own business n get married to someone she truly loves....n not bring the family name to the media for the wrong reason

Section 189(2) provides thus:"where d medical panel certifies in its report that in its opinion d governor or deputy governor is suffering from such INFIRMITY OF BODY or mind......." So, physical fitnesses is also a consideration.

Let me start by say FrankC has a very strong point oh. It is very sad that even though most of us watched him on TV when he arrived and might have ascertained from the visuals only, not audio( cos dem no gree make the man talk) dat he is not 'fit' to be governor but what does the constitution say?-that a man or woman must be mentally fit (not physically fit) for he or she to govern over a state. But the big question now is-who ascertains whether somebody is mentally fit or not? (A doctor or psychologist, this another debate 4 another day) Bt however if only people can get audio evidence but i can bet u that this will definitely be contested by his lawyers(whether d evidence is credible or not or whether it it is admissible in court or not). However, somebody might have problem with his wind pipe and that might affect his or her speech and that does not mean that the person is not mentally fit to govern a state. Bt our law its structured in such a way that somebody its assumed to be mentally ok until proven otherwise, lawyers in the forum can correct me if am wrong oh (am not a lawyer). The onus now falls on the people of Taraba to find strong evidence that prove otherwise-that he is mentally incapacited.

The truth of d matter is that as some people have rightly said the pastor is very guilty. From the first day i read d story of the lady i knew she was saying the truth cos from my experience way back at unilag wen i was an exco in one of fellowships then on campus. So many thins did happen btw Student pastors n their flocks. (I was close 2 some student pastors n i was i was also an exco) If u chk very well most of dis pastors today started from campus fellowship den they move over 2 become Nysc 'papas' as dey re called then they move 2 bcm full time pastors if they cant break d labour market. Its very sad because its nt everybody dat can be a pastor-withstand temptations, fast n prayer 4 ur self n 4 others, including castin out demons etc. Some of them knw their weakness bt they will never admit it. As 4 Ese people shd not just blame her unnecesarily cos if u read her post very well she admitted 2 d fact that she was a struggling christain-she had her 'weaknesses' n she thought she cld find d soln 2 her problem in d church. The pastor knw she was weak n capitalized on dat. I knw some ppl might say she is an adult n she ought to knw her left from right but the Pastor should know better and that's why he is called a Pastor. Though nobody its above tempatn bt if u know dat a scenario or an environment cld make u sin or fall then avoid such.
