Honestly in my first pregnancy, my doctor gave it to me and didnt tell me the side effects. I was alone. Thank God I wasnt driving then. Took a cab, got home and felt like someone drugged me. A friend came to visit me that day, she was gisting and all and I didnt hear a word she said. Till she left my house sef, I didnt know. All i know is I kept apologising that i am unresponsive. Lol. Lol this was so me esp when hubby will narrate his whole day and expect response and realize I didn't even hear a thing |

What i use for my baby is native palm kernel oil,baby tribotan for her bum to aviod or remove any rash. Baby wey go fair, go fair and the baby wey go dark go dark oooo. Good morning everyone, I just put to bed close to two weeks now though initially I was using coconut oil for my bibty but just few days I switched to funbact a and ori (mixed together) (advice from experienced mother that it helps maintain baby's skin as am a ftm) . Just this morning I came across post online saying funbact a as cream for new born is bad and can cause irritation and the likes. Pls Sabi mamas how true is that

With so much joy and a grateful heart, I welcomed my cute princess yesterday afternoon (22nd of June) even after I begged lo to make is share the same B-Day date (cos today 23rd is my birthday) she decided to sly me..... Anyways have forgiven her.... Dt cute look on my bibty can't make me be angry with her for long...

I gave birth to my beautiful girl on the 18th June,2019. Glory to God.
My story is that God is wonderful. I salute all women going through labor pain. It is not easy Biko. Three gbosa for una.
I started having contraction on 17th evening and in the next morning, my husband timed it to be 8min apart. I just told him to go to work that I would be okay. I bathe my DD, made food for her and I was still feeling fly.
Fast forward to 1pm, I downloaded the contraction timing app to be sure. It was then I realized that my contraction has been between 4min to 5min apart. At this time, I have started seeing stars. I called hubby to come but I checked map and I saw that he won’t get to me until 2hrs later. I just booked uber and the man was speaking gibberish, I just told him guy if you want to decline , Biko decline I am in labor.
To cut the long Tory short, I arrived hospital and my doctor was laughing at me that shebi we saw yesterday for checkup and he told me he gave me anointing to birth. I laughed. He checked and he said I am 6cm gone but with the pain and the way I was shouting when he was checking me, he just recommended epidural. Come and see me shouting “Where is the epidural man ohh” The pain is out of these world mama. The anesthesiologists came and administer and I felt a little bit relieved. Although I still feel pain when contracting because I was in active labor so the epidural just numb the area that’s needed.
Got to hospital 3 and I delivered my baby girl 3hrs later with no tears. Isn’t God great. June cappo, BS submitted. Signing out till when I am ready to nurture another tiny human being. Congratulations teamie..... May she be a source of joy and happiness to the family Cappo we are fine ooo.... It's just has been so tiring looking for labour signs....the heaviness plus on and off contractions hasn't been easy ooo May it end in praise.... Ameen |

Na lab take detect say my baby is measuring small. I started eating like crazy. Thank God she came out 2.6kg. Please if your delivery is vd eat small make lo reach 3kg. My baby baked well ooo. God dey no shaking!!!! Thanks mama. Dts been my plan all through this journey... Eat small... Hopefully Bibty (lo) would be at most a little more than 3kg.... |

Late scans are not particularly accurate plus it depends on the sonologist experience and expertise.. That being said, the baby gain weight more in the last few weeks and there’s little or nothing one can do to stop it..
A baby that will be big will be big so relax your mind, enjoy the last few days/week of your journey and talk to your health care provider if you have any concern...
Generally , engagement starts from 34-36 weeks while some don’t engage until labour starts so it differs in women...

When is it expected that baby should drop and also get engaged plus are there natural things to do or maybe exercise to do....
Also 2 weeks back I was measuring a week late (Instead of 35 weeks and some days scan said 34 weeks and some days) and now just today those state hospital are saying my baby seems big and just 2 weeks back lo was 2.46kg....Am just worried jawe
