About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide professional support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and proven experience in managing executive-level responsibilities.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar executive support role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.

Support in project management and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks.

Maintain effective filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval.

Serve as the first point of contact for executive communications.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Please I need help on how to go about my reference letter. I work at a government hospital under the state civil service. My question is that, will the reference letter come from the hospital i work or from the state civil service commission? All my work experience is with them, but I have been transferred from hospital to hospital. How do i go about this? Get one letter from the commission or the different hospitals I have been posted to for over 7 years? Please I am so confused and I need help so I don't make any mistake. I tried talking to an expert but their fees is too high. I am a civil servant

You’re joking right?

Someone should correct me if I’m wrong, I think you can use WES for your husband. They will only evaluate it as bachelors degree, it’s going to be less stress, faster and cheaper than medical board. Besides the difference between bachelors and professional degree for spouse is like 2 points or so.
Better still contact WES and ask them if they can just evaluate his degree as he doesn’t plan to practice immediately.

That will be great if they do so. I will put a call to them and ask. Although on their website it’s written there that for physicians they should contact MCC, but as you said it now, since he is not planning to practice and coming as accompanying spouse, they may be able to do that.

You need to max out IELTS to begin with. Although, your present score is good but you will need
L-8.5, R-8.0, W-7.5 and S-7.5 to get all the possible points.

I'm 34 and currently on 469, also awaiting healthcare draws. Unfortunately, my IELTS will expire on 24th of this month. Just hoping for some miracle.

Please I need advice. I and my husband are considering Canada PR. I am 33 years and will be the principal with a masters degree in biochemistry and I want to enter the pool using the healthcare category for medical technologist and other related professions. I have ordered for ECA evaluation and written IELTS ( reading 8.5, Listening 8, Speaking 8, writing 7). My issue is this, my husband is a medical doctor and 37yrs, the process of evaluating his credentials is too tasking and it’s not through WES, we are planning not to claim points for his education but can he write ielts and we claim points for that? I checked my score online with this variable and I had 428, which is very low. Please what can we do to increase our chances? I’ve tried learning French and it’s not easy o

I did mine yesterday in Portharcourt,
Three English Sections (A,B and E) and Two Mathematics Section (C and D)
The English is purely on incomplete sentences to fill in the blanks space, and
corrects words in the options that best represents words written on Italics
(So you need to be dictionary freak)
Mathematics is Purely on proportions, Series and little calculations on rates.
All together is 45 questions to be answered in 45mins.

it could be fault rom the site, when i applied for talent advisor i did not fill any work experience because there was no space for that, i attached my CV and they saw my profile from there, i dont know about the printing administrator position

The interview invite was for an opening of UNIT ADMINISTRATOR in abuja for mine, i could not make it because of the timing, they didnt give me time to be able to make it. was yours the same case? where you able to attend? And how did it go? i heard they pay well but will stress out every penny you are paid

Thanks GMB. Truly, the politicians especially the NA have been on this since December last year. Truthfully, a list was sent from the Senate which I was opportuned to see a copy of. Luckily, my name found its way into it. Aside not having the 'no institution found' issue, God's grace and I think the favour I got was why I'm among the lucky approved. Because outside this, I still cannot explain how I got an edge with my 2.2 (although I have a MSc but I didnt indicate it in my application) over my friends with first class and 2.1 with same discipline and for same position. However, it has always been DPR's policy to employ a larger percentage on merit, no matter how connected you are.

Mehn....I think the 2 days regret mail theory is invalid now. I got a regret mail 4 days after I finished my stuff.

so it seems nobody made it through to the second stage. they just sent me my working style report and from my amswers they say i am not a supportive person, Lols. Meaning my love letter awaits me. Kudos to those that will make it to the next stage. My Video interview was not good at all in my own judgement.

For the supply chain... Such applicants should have an engineering degree.. Plss don't lie when applying oo. Be sincere.
For the r&d.. Applicants should have a science degree.. Chem, biochem, microbiology, food science.. Etc.

If you're selected, you'd be refered to play the online game.. It's not a game perse.. It's more tougher than you can expect. It's time consuming too. Abt 20mins if not more

If successful, you'll be refered for a video interview of which you're supposed to respond to within 7 days. You have to be smart.

I applied yesterday. No gmat required for those that will soon start asking silly questions regarding past questions.

Just be truthful, just so you know.. I think its the unilever HQ that's doing it. So obviously, everything is done inhe white man's way.
