ElBenny:They copied it here. Go check the time they were posted and come back. |
mikelopez:We will start with the genocide of Igbos littered across Nigeria from Kano to Oyo. Then an armed conflict will be restricted to the 5 States of South East while the rest of Nigeria enjoys Jagaban's government. You'll most likely be in a refugee camp when what you are calling for starts. If I don't decapitate 50 Igbo kids and send the picture to you when it starts, may I not enter April. What happened in Rwanda will be a joke. |
Goke7:The states were divided. They delivered in millions because of block votes. From Kano's total, they were close to 2 million. KATSINA was more than a million. Kaduna too, divided between Tinubu, Atiku and Obi. |
Seek justice at the court. It is always open. |
bewla:I'm not Yoruba. |
AroleOduduwa2:Collation is still on going. When it is done, he will be declared. |
AroleOduduwa2:There will be no rerun. Tinubu has met the requirement of the law. |
Section 299 of the constitution says that for the purpose of interpretation of the Constitution, the FCT is regarded as a State. The implication is that: The FCT is a State but given a name. Since the FCT is given a name by the drafts men, it won't be right to say 37 states. However, the name is 36 States and the FCT. It simply means 37 states. Tinubu has met the requirements. The court has affirmed that position and the constitution is clear. |
Winning FCT Not Requirement To Emerge President – Falana Legal luminary, Femi Falana says a presidential candidate does not need to win the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to be declared winner of the February 25, 2023 poll.https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.channelstv.com/2023/01/24/winning-fct-not-requirement-to-emerge-president-falana/amp/

bazoodo:The draft-men gave that particular state a name. They cannot say in 37 states because Nigeria has 36 states and the FCT. That's the name. Open your constitution section 299. In ordinary language it's "Even though we are not calling it 37 states, every place we have said 36 states and the FCT, the FCT will be regarded as a State". Read Femi Falana's message here https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2023/01/winning-fct-not-requirement-for-winning-presidency-falana/amp/ |
Sunmolar:The constitution is the law here. section 299 gives it the status of a state for the purpose of interpretation of the constitution. |
NOTORIOUS100:Keep spreading fake news. |
Section 299 of the Constitution states that for the purpose of the constitution, the FCT is regarded as a State . Which means 37 states. |
tonididdy:From 1999 to 2007, elections in Nigeria were completely manual. There was no instantaneous digital communication. In 1999, the results were written in the houses of military generals across states reflecting the strength of the candidate there. In 2003, the results were written by State INEC Coordinators/ Chairmen on the instructions of Obasanjo. Those days elections were announced in some states around 6pm when thousands of voters were still on queue. Obasanjo used the 2003 method to install Yaradua in 2007. I think 2007 had to be the worst because the core northerners were all out for Buhari. Yaradua even apologized on National TV to reform electioneering in Nigeria and felt ashamed of the process the brought him in. In 2011, electoral reforms started. There was a bit of introduction of technology into the process. The role of party agents at each polling unit was more prominent. The law and courts were strict about evidence of voting because of the cases that followed previous elections. This ushered in the era of notorious ballot box snatching. Results were not just to be written . It was more like snatch, thumb print or replace used ballot papers to reflect on the result sheets. 2015, card readers were introduced. It is one of the reasons Jonathan lost to Buhari. The method was still snatch ballot boxes, write results from uncompleted buildings but don't let them exceed the voters register that was now digitally centralized. In 2019, the card readers became more prominent. It was more like return results that don't exceed the numbers of cards read. However, this method didn't prevent someone from buying 1000 voters card to be read by the card reader. The number of valid votes dropped even lower. In 2023, the idea is that you must vote with your own card alone. It is the best one man one vote system. You can't manipulate figures. The only rigging mechanism here is to remove votes and add to another candidate's votes but total votes cast remain the same. The number has further reduced. Check available data, total votes cast has reduced consistently since 1999. |
tonididdy:It's the fairest. The lesser the number returned, the fairer the elections in Nigeria. |
Devil1Messenger:Hello, how far? You stay in South East and cook figures. You don't know the dynamics in each state. |
N3TRAL:Obi tried to win some. But it wasn't even 50% win even his people predicted 90% |
Iamgrey5:Exactly. There are about 5 Local Government Areas in Rivers State across Rivers. You vote in PHALGA and Obio/Akpor and come out to say that elections were rigged. |
Tinubu won in the fairest elections since 1960. |
sammy329:That's how the religious bigot got votes in places like Taraba and Plateau. |
juve4life:Thank you! |
Una stupidity no get part 2 😂 |
Kulas:90% obidient? Na your Papa make am 90%? Start the violence already abeg. I'm thirsty for blood. |
Wetin una dey price, una go pay. I dey wait. |
OneCandleAway:Fvck off motherfucker 😡 I no know wetin go do make I no commit murder if you been near me now. No vex me |
OneCandleAway:I won't pity you when ESN/unknown gunmen behead you and your family and it makes headlines. Idiot |
