IMPORTED MATERIALS + LABOUR== #4,700.00 per sqm

LABOUR ONLY= #1,700.00 per sqm

This means if we provide all the materials(both local and foreign imported materials) we charge #7,000.00.
per square

If you provide all the materials(both local and imported materials)= #1,700.00 per square meter.

If you provide the local materials while we provide imported materials and labour,,= #4,700.00.
per square meter

But if the Sam is above 500, I will charge 6,700 and up to 1,000sqm and above, we will charge 6,500 per Sam

Pls note the quote is for residential buildings
