Were you able to get this solved? My sister is going through the same issue. It's been on since last year and she has not heard anything after the hearing despite several emails sent. She went ahead to resit the course but it looks like that might not solve the issue.
This is delaying application for her psw.

Please I want to ask, I'm currently a student here in the Youkay. My school sent me a mail to face an academic misconduct panel for one of my assignment were the similarity score is 35%. I find this disturbing because I did my work by myself, reference all articles used, in fact I did everything required of me. Bulk of the 35% is made up of my references of which I cannot do anything about it. My peeps have more than 35% but was not invited.

Though I'm confident of what I did but don't know why they have to send me such destabilising mail.

Is anyone here who have experience such situation, pls advice.

I entered with the vaccination card. Scan the barcode and print out that page. They will ask to show the printed page and the vaccination card. It was pretty straightforward.

Apologies if this question has already been answered. I'm moving in a few weeks to the UK and wondering how to move funds from here. I don't have a UK bank account and it will certainly be a hassle to make such a transfer from Nigeria to the UK if I wait until I arrive. Has anyone done this in the past?

Ethiopia is currently on the UK red list, which means that if you are not a British citizen or PR holder, you will have to quarantine in a managed hotel which could cost £2,285. You can only fly directly using BA and Virgin Atlantic. You could fly with airlines that are on the amber list (AirMaroc, Qatar, or Emirates) which is risky because they could be moved to the red list at any time.

Does anyone know if Ethiopian Airways carries Nigerians going to the UK for official reasons not tourism? Please provide personal evidence. Thanks.

Did you also do self service with the prime time you paid for, I believe that is the only option right now

I had the same issue. I was only able to checkout when I selected prime time appointment for 8am. That was an additional cost of about 36k

I am having a challenge in booking an appointment on the TLS website, I selected self service and added the 11,700 Naira to my basket but I cannot check out. I noticed I can only check out if I add priority service which I do not want to do. Can someone help pls

I did self-service.
I added proof (letter) that the additional cost for an extra 10 days will also be covered by my sponsor

Do you do self service for documents uploaded?

I booked 7 days which was my original travel duration.
I did not send another booking confirmation when I extended my stay to 17days after they requested my quarantine plan.

24th April- Online application.
26th April: Biometrics in Lagos
26th April: Application transferred to DMC
27th April: Application arrived at UK Visa section
28th April: Got a mail from ukhubvisainfo to provide more info on my plan to quarantine.
28th April: Replied the email (extended my travel days by 10 days for quarantine)
5th May: TLScontact - Travel Document Ready for Collection
6th May: Picked up my passport. (6months Visa Issued).

I applied for priority.

Documents Scanned & sent:
Employment Letter
Promotion Letter
Employer Letter of invitation
6months bank statement
Payslips for 6months
Employer 2 months bank statement
screenshots of stamps from travel history
Hotel booking confirmation.

Hello house, I plan to apply for a business visit to the UK. I have a series of business meetings and some onboarding (that cannot be done on zoom) in our UK office last week in May. Has anyone received visiting visa recently especially if they intend to stay in a hotel? The trip is certainly sponsored by my company but I'm not sure how to go about the application. Can I just select a hotel to stay in the accommodation part of the application?

lol...so you are actually waiting for the scholarship, one would think you're already "in the abroad" sponsoring yourself. Biko find another thread if the ranting is disturbing you. They are not using your data to do it.

I am forced to believe that there are nddc agents here or prolong citizen oppression has altered the mentality of some people. Can you imagine a Nigerian heaping blames on scholars! If there was corruption in some awards by nddc who is to be blame?

More than 168 neglects. How many of these were corrupt awardees? What is our business with what go on in the agency? Are they not ashamed that Nigeria's name is being drag through the mud even by reputable government agencies. Already scholarships letters from Nigeria are no longer respected as basis for visa grant!Yet someone mental reasoning was able to support nddc's action.

Unfortunately talk talk changes nothing. Action action does and non of you here is ready for any action. Not just action for this scholarship but action that would change everything for good. For your information, none of your online ranting bothers them. They have more pressing issues than giving us scholarships and yes they owe us nothing. They are doing us all a favour talk talk youths.

@Nelson Like you said "they sent the youths out there" so they do owe them something. If you have given up, don't discourage the guys who still have the strength to fight. There are so many stranded scholars, they didn't ask for it, they fulfilled their own part of the bargain by passing the exam and interviews and getting accepted to these universities so the government ought to fulfill theirs. Afterall, they advertised the scholarships and that's what scholarships are all about. Don't come here and add to the frustrations of these youths. If all they can do is rant, let them rant, let them vent. If you have found other means to sponsor yourself abroad, oga go and leave the NDDC nairaland thread
