i've got to say that d'banj although he comes across as very sexy and sauve, his lyrics are still extremely raw and uncut, but i guesss he can get away with that cause he looks good, |
i'm actually kinda feeling this 'no shakin' song, but i'm really not feelin the video. I mean come on 2face, ur like the biggest thing in Africa right now and you can't even do better video, i think someone needs to hook kennis up with whoever produced the video for 'angel of my life' by paul dairo, that one na correct video, but anywayz, still got plenty of love for my boo Innocent, no worry, notin dey happen!!!! |

Arise o compatriots, Nigeria's call obey!! I assume you all know the rest, Listen today is the day we celebrate the Independence of our blessed nation. A nation which without, almost all of us would not exist, so instead of critizing everything wrong with naija, lets rejoice in the fact that we have a place we can call home, a place that was able to breed such amazing individuals as you and myself. I'm not saying our nation is perfect, trust me, we are far from it, but every nation has its own issues to deal with, but at the end of the day its still the place we call Home. So for today I say Happy 46th Naija!!!!!May God continue to bless and guide our nation and its people and may our future be filled with success and prosperity!!!

i feel u, same here, but if i was in naija i would definitely be there, not for jay-z and beyonce and the rest but for 2face, but anywayz, if you go to thisdayonline.com you can find out more about it |
y can't u |
if you are looking for concrete sources just google "Thisday music festival" and you will find out everything you want to know, its all over the web being that the show is next week |
@ radiant: thanks for the correction cause people have been getting it wrong for so long, igbo kwenu! |
i heard about this show about a month ago, and i would have definetely been there if i was in naija, 25grand for the tickets is definetely alot of money for a show in naija, but you have to look at who is performing, c'mon jay-z and beyonce are two of the biggest musical icons around the world, so u can't expect them to be part of a cheap show, but anywayz, i hope the show is a huge success and i can't wait to see pics and video clips from it |
lets not hate, but instead congratulate the success of our brothers and sisters. 2face made a break-through in the way african and not just nigerian musicians are viewed all around the world and i think we should at least give him the due props for that! |
abeg i no wan peson who go jus dey talk anyhow for my husband innocent ![]()

Honestly long distance relationships are extremely hard to maintain. First there is the issue of remaining faithful, which is probably the most important aspect of a healthy relationship, but a very difficult thing to do from say "across the atlantic ocean" (literally). Also when two people are so far away, its hard to really learn about your partner or get to know them on a more personal level because you just can't talk to them or see them as much. I feel as though long distance relationships can only work if you have been in a relationship for a long time before the separation and that way both parties know enough about each other and can be more confident that their relationship works. I am currently in a so-called "long distance relationship" but I don't think its working very well. Although its been going on for a while now, I really don't feel that much more connected than I did in the beginning, but my "male friend" claims to be so in love, which is hard for me to believe cause I've heard rumors of his infidelty, which makes me lose more and more faith in the possibility of this relationship actually going much farther. I'm scared that if I continue you to lead him on he will propose to me, in short, i'm really just confused about the whole thing. I don't know the best way to break it off with him without seeming like a heartless jerk. Please if anybody has any suggestions, pls give me a holla!!!! ![]() |

i just joined this site so my comments might be a little bit out-dated, but i've had the album since May and I truly love it!It is alot better than their first album in terms of lyrics, voice quality and the overall production.
