Properties / Re: Please Help Criticze This Building Plan. by naijagunns(m): 8:09am On Feb 05, 2017
1) introduce glass blocks in the wall between the living room and lobby to get some light into it.
2) I imagine the t/b attached to the guest room is also going to be used by visitors not sleeping over. So door into guest room needs to be repositioned such that people can access the guest toilet without entering the guest bedroom.
3) the second toilet for the other bedrooms is kinda small. Try and increase it. thats where everybody else in the house will be using for bathing, brushing, washing
4) try and practicalize the spaces. Mark them out physically and see if they look suitable for what you require. The other bedrooms look small to me. Since there's no family sitting room, the occupants of those room will spend most of their time there.

The organizers are using the picture of an under aged girl in their flyer. I pray they get sued. Perverts.

‎The Economist Article: Tolu Ogunlesi's attempts to wail by Proxy

When the Economist Published their scathing article using derogatory words on former President Goodluck Jonathan and describing Gen Buhari as a fellow who seems not to have learnt anything in 30 years many argued that the article was the hand work of a Nigerian and not a foreign journalists , true to their assertion insiders within the Economist have indeed confirmed that Tolu Ogunlesi actually wrote the article.
You can read the exclusive report from Signalng here

http://www.signalng.com/exclusive-tolu-ogunlesi-wrote-the-economist-article-calling-gej-an-ineffectual-buffoon/

Tolu had always used every opportunity available to him to cast aspersions on the President Goodluck Jonathan no matter the occasion, Few days ago After GEJ was Honoured in Geneva, Tolu rushed to tweet thus ;

"Claiming I built Schools as an achievement while you allowed BH operate unchallenged & Sucurocrats looted defence funds",

Screen Shot Below

Checks on Tolu's  Profile shows that he has tweeted multiple tweets every single day for the past one week, then he suddenly stopped tweeting at exactly the time the news was broken and has not returned to tweeter for the past 23 hrs (See Screen shot)

In one of his tweets Tolu Wrote ; all these Minnions on my TL vexing that the I called GEJ a Fisherman's Son - where is. The Insult there? Jesus no be carpenter pikin ( See Screen Shot Below)

On another Tweet he referred to Reno Omokri as a Low life,

( see Screen shot Below)

Tolu has no regards whatsoever for anybody,  he tweets without thinking and his choice of words are always predictable, insultive  and without message any edification whatsoever.

There is simply no need masquerading as a Bubu ally in the day and calling him a block head behind the scenes at  night ,  the last time I checked admissions into the  wailing wailers club is still open and Tolu can still apply but rubbishing Jesus on his TL is simply crossing the line

Detective, He has finally responded. Since he is denying it, he must be guilty.

Talk about over reaching. I have said worse about GEJ, Reno, Abati and Okupe. Am I also a co-author of AN EDITORIAL BY A FOREIGN NEWS MEDIA? Or that privilege is reserved for only high profile names? So not tweeting for a certain amount of time regardless of his circumstances is a sure sign of guilt ba? Such stellar detective work. Go join the Nigerian Police. Your deductive skills will be appreciated

Slimszy:

It was confirmed by The Econimist on Twitter

Please show proof. I have searched their Twitter feed for the past 3 days and didn't see any of such. Stop getting spoon fed lies and half truths. The same Internet you are using to propagate someone's agenda can be used to seek out the truth.

Does the author of this useless piece of crap know what an editorial is? It is a piece written by a MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF EDITORS. When they say we aren't too bright now, we will be vexing. We have just displayed our illiteracy to a global audience.
