This global messaging app company has just discontinued its support to nokia (v2) and the likes. This i learnt about it just in the early hours of today.

This was communicated here in order to know which other phones join nokia in what seem to be 'bye bye to whatsapp'

mine is nokiae5.

On trying to scroll in this morning, a cap message that reads: "unfortunately, whatsapp no longer supports this phone. Please switch to a supported phone."
Business / Is Access Bank Extortionate Act Applied Only To Corpers?? by NaijaNeedsRev(m): 3:11am On Jun 12, 2017
It's definitely disappointing on the part of NYSC as they inexplicably mandated on us to open account with access bank back in camp (B'16) because this bank for me had abused this favour as they charge exorbitantly..... Admin fees(#105) monthly on what?? Wht on credit inter.. (not fixed) for what. I think with these, I was able to convince you that access bank ng are scamer.

Did you buy it new or fairly used? If you bought it brand new, it should come with a warranty card which you can use the fix it at any tecno center free of charge. You can't expect the dealer to change it for you, you have used it for days. It could have developed fault from the way you used it.

this was infact beyond my imagination as i found my tecno w3 dead. After 5days of non-stop enjoyment with some downloaded app. (banking app., games, e.t.c). All i could see is backlight with nothing to show off.

Brief spec. Of tecno w3
RAM: 1gig
ROM: 8gig
processor: Quad-core
OS:android 6 mashmallow.
I was advised to take it to the nearest Tecno office but i insisted that the dealer must change it for me. This issue had transpired some brawl between us. Pls what chances do i have to get a healthy phone with no defect

Fashion / He Employs An Incredible Dressing Sense And Every Lady Is Dying For Him. by NaijaNeedsRev(m): 12:03pm On Oct 25, 2015
7 Rules To Being A Well-Dressed Dude
Being well-dressed contributes to having an impressive personality for sure. Dressing well is an art which only some people have. It does take a lot of effort putting together a good outfit and it is no piece of cake. It’s a mix of things like fitness, confidence, grooming etc. that can get you to look your best. How you can get your act together and become the man every girl wants to look at and be with. Below is my writeup on how u can be a man ladies are dying for.

1. Physique We are not talking about your weight when we say physique, but your fitness level. Whether you are slim or fat, you should workout regularly to stay healthy. If you are fit, your face will look fresh which obviously would help you in looking good. Also, the fitting of clothes is better on people who are fit.
2. Grooming: Grooming is an essential part of a well- dressed man. Without it, even the best of clothes would look tacky on a man, no doubt.

3. Choice Before you think of dressing well, you need to have a good choice of clothes. If your choice does not match the current trend, then you should preferably consult a stylist or follow some good fashion bloggers online to get a sense of fashion trends.
4. Fitting So if you have a good fashion sense and physique, and your grooming is top-notch; you should next focus on the fitting of your clothes. The fitting is the main factor that determines the well in dressing. Loose fitting clothes look very shabby and you don’t want that, do you?
5. Good Shoes After you have got the perfect outfit for yourself and everything else is taken care of, you need to look for the perfect shoes to match your outfit. Shoes require special attention just like the outfit you have chosen.

6. Accessories Always try and add a few accessories to your outfit, like a tie, bracelet, watch or a scarf. Small details added to your outfit make for attire which is complete and stylish.

7. Confidence You can have the best-looking outfit but you still need a lot of confidence to carry it. A lot of people lack confidence in wearing new outfits or colours. But you have to trust your instinct and build that confidence.

Career / Re: 8 Categories Of Occupation People Do That Brings Forth Insult From The Society by NaijaNeedsRev(m): 8:51am On Jul 26, 2015
wristbangle:
People work to avert hunger, poverty and strife towards survival despite the high rate of unemployment.

Our nation is a place where all sorts of discrimination is our culture (jobs, institutions, course of study and many more). However, discrimination has even gone worst to the extent that people ridicule, bully and insult other people by their jobs just to boost their ego and bring other people down

Below we shall discuss them.

1. Police Force

When we talk about corruption in Nigeria, the first thing that comes to people's mind is that corruption originates from the Police force. Sometimes, you will even hear women saying they can't marry policemen because of the prejudice and trust issues that goes with the job.

2. NEPA/PHCN

The way people rain curses on NEPA officials for the epileptic power supply in Nigeria is grievous. People are always quick to talk bad about them and I have witnessed a scene where students thrashed NEPA officials for disconnecting their wires form the pole.

3. Road safety/VIO/LASMA corps

The above mentioned jobs also brings forth humiliation. Even when this people stop you to check your car documents, you will always have an impression that all they need is money. In some cases, you will see people bringing out money from their pockets immediately they are stopped even before hearing what these officials have to say.

4. Conductor (Agbero)

These people are always seen as local. The amount of insults laid on them cannot be over-emphasized especially in Lagos. When a conductor fails to give his passengers change on time, insults follow suite. Agbero are not exempted from this. I'm yet to see an educated young lady taking an Agbero to her home, introducing him as her fiance. (only if he's extremely rich). Tosyne2much, naijaboiy, kinglekan, kingtom, peeparty, etc who live in Lagos can bear me witness

5. Mobile Customer Care Agents

When telecom operators like MTN, GLO, ETISALAT and AIRTEL deducts as low as N2 from some customers' accounts, they will call the customer care line and curse the agents on small god's names like sango, obatala, etc.

6. Prostitution

Circumstances has led young ladies into prostitution that they use it as their source of income for survival. They are always being ridiculed and mouth-thrashed without any consideration for what might have led them into it.

7. Mechanic and transporters

Few months ago, I boarded a bus from Ibadan to Lagos as It developed a fault in the course of the journey. See the insults and bashing rolling from every angle towards the driver. The driver further reign curse on tajudeen, his mechanic.

8. Lecturing

Lecturers are small gods in Nigerian institutions but they are also being ridiculed by students. Students don't have effrontery to ridicule lectures in their presence but when they go behind them, they ridicule them, and in some cases, some plan on how to deal with them especially when it comes to the issues of results (carry over).

which one no get insult!?

Education / Do IT Officials Truly Visit Students At Their Places Of Attachment? by NaijaNeedsRev(m): 10:48pm On Jun 21, 2015
I'm an undergraduate in one of the Federal universities here in Nigeria. I just got a 6months Industrial Training (IT) placement in a Nigerian medical lab., despite all my effort despatching letter to places such as brewery, NNPC and N B C. unfortunately, none of these came through. I'm now on the verge to risk using the ND certificate obtained in my previous school to work for money and forgo IT.
I know you'll ask that: how would i go about my log book and forms. yes, that one would not b a problem.
#thanks.
