topsy23: Easy to maintain since the refrigerant pipes is going to be sleeved I.e putting the armaflex and refrigerant pipes inside a 50mm or 75mm Upvc pipe. With this it can be easily pull out if there is any leakage or leakages. Beside it very hard to see refrigerant pipes leaking except the installed did not use correct copper pipes. Thanks. |

topsy23: Conduit split AC is better than surface. The refrigerant and the condensate must be done before plastering. Aesthetically conduit is pretty better. An area of concern is how repair will be carried out if there is refrigerant leak in the conduit copper pipe |

DMerciful: Check YouTube....there will be a way there. Y did you dump your Etracer? I decided to change to tristar after extensive online reviews and etracer unstable output, the power output from etracer fluctuate a lot due to poor tracking. |

JohnKester: You need a hardware called Ethernet Meterbus to achieve what you desire.
Cheers Thanks, the manuals and videos on morningstar website Show one can create a network for example existing home network or CC-router-computer network using ethernet cable to access the CC webserver. |

Dear All, I recently changed my CC from Etracer 60a to Morningstar Tristar 60a. I had no problem configuring my etracer for remote monitoring from laptop. But this tristar 60amp is giving a lot of challenges for some days to connect to laptop for remote monitoring. I try connecting using the ethernet port on the CC connected to a wireless router using a RJ-45 cable ( see pictures below) and laptop connected to the router via wireless. Then try to access the tristar web server using http://tsmppt15030496 on my browser. I kept getting Server not found. I also try using MSview, whenever I launch Msview I see the the CC but can't connect to it (see pictures below) . Please all the Gurus in the house I need your help.

Dear Obimind1,DMerciful,chris81964, kiekie and all the gurus in the house,
My Epever Itracer 60amp was recently installed, about two weeks, the controller is always starting from boosting (Absorb) stage when charging. My battery bank (48 Volt) voltage is mostly between 49v - 51v in the morning before the sun rises.
The battery voltage is always below the boost voltage set point of 57.4 Volt. Yet It doesn't start from bulk charging but goes directly to boost charging.
Thanks,
|

sako28: NairaBaba, Nice work you have done. One thing you need to correct. That fire extinguisher height is a safety hazard. That a drop object that can cause serious injury in future. Fire extinguisher of this size or weight should always be at knee level or maximum waist level (appx 1m). Nice job sir, God bless you Sako Thanks for the observation, the only reason we installed to that height about 2meter is because of children horseplay. We will review it. |

Truthinlife: Can anyone please give me contact of a welder or where I can get these iron doors..pictures below; in Port Harcourt or any closer city around it. They look solid and fanciful. I will need 6 of the doors. I will appreciate any leads from anyone reading this. The sample pictures are as shown here... Hajj, nairababa, I hope you don't mind me displaying the pictures in this thread; I can delete them if you think otherwise.
Thanks. I suggest you buy the plates from Lagos and send to Port Harcourt. Any good door welder can fabricate those doors, this will save you a lot of money. Or better still ask people in portharcourt who are into door fabrication if the imported pressed steel plates are in Port Harcourt, then you can buy and get a good welder to construct the doors for you. Transporting metals doors from Lagos to Port Harcourt will cost you a lot. |

360ft is 109.7meter. You will need about 11bundles.at 10m per bundle. 10 bundles will also do a good job but the barbed wires spacing might not be closed to your taste. |
Properties › Re: Construction Of Six Flats Of 2-bedroom With Three Shops. by NairaBaba(op): 1:27am On Nov 24, 2016 |
mufutau55: .mHow many bundles and what range did it cover?
Hajji M. We used a total of ten and a half bundle. The plot is about 140ft by 60ft. The number of bundle you will use is a function of how the wire are stretched during installation. For me I maintained average of 10 meter per bundle for better closeness. |

INSTALLATION STEPS
1. The wires are attached/ secured to the supporting angle bar with binding wire, galvanized binding is better and very cheap. I bought 500 but was not enough. 2. Use mortal, more plaster sand and less or no sharp sand to secure the spaces between the angle bars for additional security because of big boys in case they cut it from the angle bars. And also make it difficult to lift it up and crawl under.
Note: 1.plaster sand binds more than sharp sand. 2.Galvanized binding wire will not rust for many years 3. Many welders or aluminum fabricator can do the installation. Hajj, The installation is very easy. You can even do it once you know it or See someone doing it.

He charged a token of 6000 after serious bargaining from 10,000. But I did not give him the contract rather called a young welder to do the installation under my supervision. The installation is very easy. I paid the young lad the same 6000 he agreed to do the installation. I took the decision because of previous job he did for me. He didn't install it to my taste. |

mufutau55: Very good work NairaBaba. I will need info and cost on the fence razor barbed wire installation. Thanks.
Hajji M. When buying barbed wire, look for the one that doesn't rust overtime. Personally I don't know the difference. I believed what the seller said. Those wires in pics were bought at NGN 5400 Per bundle but I believe the price was outrageous. The supplier agreed to sell for 4700 per bundle as at last month but later insisted the price has gone up to 5400 per bundle. The wires are sold at IYANA IPAJA, OWODO IRON MARKET, ORILE ETC. Note: I did not go to market to buy, but has somebody who supplied me for past project to deliver to site |
