A US preacher and actor (Fake Jesus), Micheal Job, has reportedly died after attending an interdenominational Christian event as a guest speaker.

It was gathered that Michael Job succumbed to pneumonia while receiving treatment at the Heyn Hospital.

Photos and videos showing him dressed as Jesus Christ and preaching at a crusade in Kenya had been widely shared on social media across Africa.

Kenyan authorities were also reported to have deported the American actor, preacher and president of Jesus Loves You Evangelistic Ministeries.

However, Job took to his Facebook page to deny his deportation and the arrest of pastors that invited him to the country for the crusade.

“Hey guys! Just to let you know there has been many false ‘fake news’ reports here in Kenya about me. I just did nine days of crusades in Ongata Rongai, Kitengela, and Kiserian Kenya where many people were saved and healed,” he wrote on Facebook.

“I dressed up as Jesus during these crusades my awesome friends and I performed many plays focusing on the life of Christ. Some people, known as ‘internet trolls’, have made false reports about me claiming to be Jesus, Jesus’ second coming starting in Kenya, me being found and worshipped in churches, and me being deported with pastors from the country, all of which are ‘fake news’.”

Oyo State government has assured all stakeholders in the state that the present administration will not increase tax on small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in its drive to soar up its revenue base.

The Chairman, Oyo State Board of Internal Revenue (BIR), Aremo John Adeleke gave the assurance in a statement issued and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Dr Bashir Olanrewaju on Sunday.

According to Adeleke, in the stead of increase tax, the state would rather look into areas that were not captured in its tax net to improve the internally generated revenue.

He added that, the plans of Governor Seyi Makinde’s government is to build and nurture the growth of SMEs in the state and not to burden them with heavy tax that could drive them out of business.

“It is in line with the promise of Governor Seyi Makinde to empower small scale businesses in the state to propel growth in our economy.

“As he works assiduously to attract foreign and domestic investments to the state, he is also working to establish and sustain small and medium scale industries in Oyo State. So the idea of tax increment on businesses is not even to be discussed here. We will rather nurture them to grow and be self-sustaining than to over-burden them with tax.

“The government nonetheless expects all SMEs to comply with all extant tax laws, especially the ones on personal assessment of business proprietors, withholding tax and VAT payable to the state”, Olanrewaju quoted the state revenue boss saying.

Adeleke however, enjoined commercial vehicle owners and drivers as well as motorcycle riders and owners to collect necessary documents from approved agencies and tax stations under state internal revenue services instead of doing the same in neighboring states.

He said “We assure everyone of quick turnaround time of registering or renewing vehicle documents. We also promise all our patrons quick availability of number plates for all categories of vehicles.”

Adeleke also through the statement called on staffers of the board of internal revenue to be quick, responsive and work with utmost integrity and professionalism which he said was the best way to support the present administration in its drive for improved internally-generated revenue.

More information coming in stated that the guy marked in this photo, was not part of the drug deal. He is an innocent bystander that was caught under the circumstances of the raid.
The CCTV camera caught him greeting his fellow Nigerians outside the hotel, this implicated him. The video of the raid only showed the other two on the left being handcuffed. The parcels were found in the other twos hotel room following a tip-off from somewhere.
This is not fake news and got from a reliable source!

August 1, was their initial hearing and lawyers have been bought for their case.
Thank God that their are still good people doing something to help.
More information would be released as soon it arrives.
