Abee79: I tried the same line of conservation with my own ChatGPT app "Ask AI" and it came to a different conclusion. The FCT was not treated as a separate entity. The 25% requirement was applied uniformly to all the 36 States of the Federation including the FCT, that is 36 political entities. Let me quote it's summary verbatim:
"According to Section 134(2) of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, for a candidate to be deemed duly elected as the President of Nigeria, they must secure at least one-quarter (25%) of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds of all the States in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. This means that the candidate needs to obtain a minimum of 25% of the votes in a majority of the States, including the FCT, in order to be considered duly elected." where’s the screenshot and did you ask if not getting 25% in Abuja nullifies the election |

A president has been fairly and duly elected regardless of whether you are sulking or not. Wait for the court judgment for your final humiliation. I really don’t understand you guys. We make judgements based on a constitution not petty sentiment my friend. The constitution requires 25% from the capital and your president select did not meet the criteria |

ibnquasale: Chatgpt already told you 36 states including Abuja, but you went ahead and asked it a leading question?
You are getting it all wrong In the context of the Nigerian Constitution, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, is considered as equivalent to a state. It is not part of any of the 36 states in Nigeria but is treated as a separate administrative unit with its own governance and representation. So, when the Constitution refers to "two-thirds of all the States in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja," it includes the FCT as one of the units to be considered. |

Why not post the remaining part of the response instead of showing us the part that satisfy your fantasy? ChatGPT only rephrased its earlier response but you mischievously left out the concluding parts of it.
Tinubu and Shettima met all the criteria to be declared as the duly elected president and vice president respectively. hope you are satisfied now

EcoNews: Agreed who will now be involved in the rerun ? Bear in mind the other candidate did not get the 25% required among the other 36 states.
By your analogy that is the ground they'll be disqualified as well. So where do we go from there ? Obi got 25% in Abuja and even if it is outruled a possible rerun would be between Obi and Atiku. A convict cannot be allowed to participate |

EcoNews: If you read this chat n still think Tinubu will be remove then you have to be mad or an outright lunatic. Reason below -
A. Chat what clearly stated Abuja is to be treated like any other Nigeria state.
B. Chatgt did declared indeed that 25% must be attain in Abuja n Tinubu did not have that but point A above clearly let us understand it should be treated like any state in Nigeria. With Tinubu being from the ruling party the judgement no matter how it is interpreted will favour him even in the 5 judges are Igbo/Ipob for the fact they were all appointed by APC.
C. In situations where Abuja is treated as a superior state all anyone need do is win n ensure others do not attain 25%. The lacuna in situations in a candidate winning only Abuja with other unable to secure 25% is beta imagined even for Ipob n Obidaftis no matter how foolish n senseless you chose to be.
D. The above with consideration of the chaos with annulling an election duly won over inability to secure 25% in Abuja is beta imagined.
E. The logistic chaos of arranging a new election. Will the president be retained if he will not his party will supervise the new election n all the machinery of the govt will be brought to bear on other contestants.
The winner in a new election which can only be between Atiku n Tinubu is well known to the judiciary n even both candidate but I await the judgement of the tribunal.
Left to me I believe their judgement should have been announced before inauguration to forestall incidents such as this. My 2 cent. Ok let’s say it’s treated as a state. Remember the two conditions in which one says it’s required of your president SELECT to attain 25% ? Did he get it or not. That is a ground for disqualification my friend |

This is what CHATGPT interpreted for the constitution. Since it is a large language model (LLM) it has a 99.99% accuracy of interpretation of natural language. We should be guided please. CHATGPT: Yes, that’s correct. For a candidate to be declared duly elected as President in Nigeria, they must obtain at least 25% of the votes cast in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, along with meeting the requirement of securing at least 25% of the votes in at least two-thirds of all the other states in Nigeria. So, the FCT’s votes are included in the overall calculation of the candidate’s eligibility to become President.

Oh, what a delightful challenge from the Abia State PDP! They have graciously requested Governor Alex C. Otti to publish the names of those pesky ghost workers. How dare they question the government's claims without proof? Surely, the Abia State government under Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and the past PDP administrations were paragons of transparency and never paid anyone in cash. We should applaud their impeccable record-keeping and adherence to banking regulations. Now, Governor Alex Otti and his team of discoverers have been called upon to shame the culprits and bring them to justice by providing the names, BVN numbers, addresses, and other details of these elusive ghost workers. It's such a shame that the present government lacks understanding and resorts to "executive fiat" instead of following proper procedures. Bravo, Abia PDP, for your righteous quest for accountability! |

NairaGPT mode: Concise
The Abia State PDP challenges Governor Alex C. Otti to release the names, BVN numbers, and details of over 2000 ghost workers, along with the respective ministries, departments, and agencies that allegedly employed them. The PDP dismisses the claims of discovering ghost workers without providing evidence as childish and futile. The party criticizes the Alex Otti government for its lack of preparedness in governance and failure to adhere to the rules governing civil service engagement and disengagement. |
