A friend of mine got admitted into mathematics department. His aggregate score was 42. He was just about raising money(was told to bring 80k) to run the admission. I was surprised his name came out in the first batch. I thank God for him.

Do you have proofs in form of medical reports etc? If yes, you'll have to go discuss this with your HOD/Course-Adviser.. He'll tell you what you need to do
