It depends, on what you want Innocence or experience, if experience is what you want then go ahead with the matured woman. The mistake most people think is that in dating age and body count denotes experience in women(how women can better bond with men) . On the contrary the lesser the experience the more the lady can fully immerse herself in the marriage.

All the things you asked us to put into consideration is pointing towards your preference for the 38 year old. The younger woman may become established by the time she’s 38 too. These are very weird criteria to picking a future partner but I assume if a man is faced with picking one of the two, he will pick the one he likes the most 🤷🏼.

The older one might be established because she was born into wealth or because she duped someone. So, being established does not guarantee being a legitimate hustler. I appreciate wealth based on its foundation, not based on the size of the wealth.

A yet-to-be-established virgin with a good vision and a good character can make you richer than you can imagine. A yet-to-be-established virgin with a bad vision and bad character will make life miserable for you.

An established older lady with a good vision and a good character will make life sweet for you. An established older lady with a bad vision and a bad character will use her wealth to create a hellfire for you.

So, my choice will be based on vision and character.

Burkina Faso has suspended the BBC and Voice of America radio networks from broadcasting for a fortnight for airing a rights report accusing the army of attacks on civilians, authorities said.

International NGO Human Rights Watch (HRW) on Thursday said soldiers in Burkina Faso’s jihadist-hit north had killed at least 223 villagers, including 56 children, in two revenge attacks on February 25.

“The programmes of these two international radio networks broadcasting from Ouagadougou have been suspended for a period of two weeks,” the communications authority (CSC) announced late on Thursday.

It said the decision had been taken because BBC Africa and the VOA aired and also published a report on their digital platforms “accusing the Burkina army of abuses against the civilian population”.

The body said the report contained “hasty and biased declarations without tangible proof against the Burkinabe army”.

Burkina Faso has not commented on the report. The West African nation has been battered by a jihadist insurgency that swept in from neighbouring Mali in 2015.

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the lawmaker representing Kogi Central senatorial district has urged the former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello to honour the invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) regarding an alleged N80.2 billion alleged fraud.

The senator lauded efforts by the EFCC to apprehend and prosecute Bello over the alleged fraud committed while in office as governor.

She also commended the EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, for ceding 14 properties that were initially forfeited to the Nigerian Government to the government and people of Enugu State, according to a statement from Arogbonlo Israel, Chief Press Secretary to Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan, on Friday.

However, Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan emphasised the need for the EFCC to investigate other corrupt public officials to avoid the impression that their actions against Bello were merely a witch-hunt.

She expressed surprise at Bello's excuse for not attending the EFCC's invitation.

The EFCC Chairman had claimed that when he invited Bello to his office for questioning, the former Kogi governor told him that a senator (name withheld) had allegedly gathered journalists to humiliate him anytime he was at the agency's office in Abuja for interrogation.

“I called Yahaya Bello, as a serving governor, to come to my office to clear himself. I shouldn’t have done that. But he said because a certain senator had planted over 100 journalists in my office, he would not come.

“I told him that he would be allowed to use my private gate to give him a cover, but he said my men should come to his village to interrogate him,” Olukoyede was quoted as saying.



Reacting, Natasha reminded Bello of the importance of respecting Nigeria's laws and constitution, given his former position as the chief security officer of Kogi.

She said, "I was surprised to hear that Yahaya Bello evaded the invitation from the EFCC, despite having served as Kogi's former chief security officer.

“As a former governor, he should understand the importance of respecting Nigeria's laws and constitution.

"It's a well-known fact that ‘he who comes into equity must come with clean hands’. As such, I advise him to honour the invitation and clear his name while he still has the chance.

"I'd also like to take this moment to appreciate the diligence of the EFCC in handling the case so far.

“No Nigerian is above the law, and therefore the agency must see this case through to the end if they are to gain the trust of both Nigerians and the international community in the fight against corruption.”

The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has said his administration has been paying an additional N35,000 wage allowance to workers in the state since the beginning of the year.

Sanwo-Olu, who made this statement at an event on Thursday, said the government is ready to roll out a new minimum wage scheme soon both at the federal and state levels.

The governor said this additional wage allowance has provided succour to those in the state amid economic difficulty in the country.

He stated that those who are currently earning a minimum wage of N35,000 or more now take home a salary of N70,000 or above since the beginning of the year.

* “Very soon, we will see a new minimum wage that will be approved by the federal government and the state government.

* “The civil servant and all public officers in Lagos know that since January, we have continued to pay the wage allowance of a minimum of N35,000 over and above what they were earning before.

* “What this means is that people that are earning a minimum of N35,000 or more before are now earning over N70,00. That is what they have been enjoying since January.

* “So it is important for people to know that we make these things very clear that this government has doubled up to ensure that at this difficult time, it has not left the citizens on their own,” Sanwo-Olu said.

Furthermore, the governor said his administration is determined to provide security of life and property to residents, adding that the government serves as an ‘activator’ of decent life for its citizens.

“We are a government to make life better for you. We are a government to provide the succour that is required as well as the security of life and properties and to be an activator to ensure that you can live a decent life,” he added.
