PROVERBZ: hmmm the problem with Kenyans is that when we try to tell u ways on ground u think we are hating or that we are harsh look at the quality of those buildings u say is for rich people at tatu city then look at these modern beauties
At the comedian and timaya own this buildings in Nigeria now this can be called house for the rich no difference between what's at tatu to where I live Now, why are you bringing random pictures of houses in Nigeria when we were talking about Tatu and Centenary? So you think there are no houses like this in Kenya? Please, bring us the Centenary City buildings that make it better than Tatu like you claimed. Luxury homes are in Kenya in plenty.

PROVERBZ: great sir seer of all things I beg u to show me something special with tatu city I clearly stated that this particular centenary city is located in Enugu and is not of high budget but I used to to compare tatu city as also ordinary because so far pictures posted that Enugu centenary city beat tatu city I think you're the one who stated that the Centenary City is superior to Tatu City so fairly, you should be the one showing me something special about Centenary city to prove your statement. |

rvp20183: Forgiveness the Idiot doesn't get it. Even when they finally complete Eko City in 2050 or 2070 - Nairobi will be on another level. The whole of Nigeria has less than a half the skyscrapers Nairobi has and he's trying to argue with his Lagos. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 3:25pm On Dec 18, 2018 |
forgiveness: 1. The same one you called outdated is not topped out. See for yourself. Now, what are the heights of four so called topped out towers?
2. Post the pictures of the remaining 7 Skyscrappers of the 17 you claimed to have. No story.
3. How many floors is Upper hills chamber? Don't avoid that question.
Delta tower is 61m and almost the height of One Africa place. The remaining space is less than 31m. see pictures Dude, those 4 towers to the left are topped out. How many times should I tell you that? Look at the top, the flat helipad-like structure is the final slab. Upper Hill chambers is 26 floors and 104m. Here is a list of the total structures in Nairobi which are 15 (sorry I lied, 16) and will be 17 (sorry, I lied, 18) before next April when the two Avic towers are topped out. 1. Britam - 200m 2. UAP - 163m 3. Times Tower - 140m 4. Prism Tower - 133m 5. LeMarc - 126m 6. Teleposta Tower - 120m 7. Avic Apartments 1 - 116m (Topped out) 8. Kenya Commercial Bank Plaza - 109m 9. Avic Apartments 2 - 109m (Topped out) 10. Avic Apartments 3 - 109m (Topped out) 11. Avic Apartments 4 - 102m (Topped out) 12. KICC 105m 13. NSSF building - 102m 14. Parliament Tower - 120m (topped out) 15. Upper Hill chambers - 104m 16. One Africa Place - 100m By next April we'll also have. 17. Avic Office block - 184m 18. Avic Marriot hotel - 143m Now which of those towers do you need photos of? |

PROVERBZ: areal pictures of tatu city it looks fine and I like it but the Kenyans here should be humble it can't campare with any of the real estates Nigeria has planned OK may be it can go head to head with the centenary city in Enugu not abuja
I like what they doing its obviously a green city the buildings aren't of modern design but they are fine it wasn't built to contain office buildings may be as it progresses it just looks like a nice quite neighborhood (residential)
Nigeria should do this type of project for low income earners as it is obvious centenary and eko Atlantic won't be cheap I think it's stupid and arrogant to equate Tatu City that's actually getting actualized to low income while the Centenary city that's all but a dream with a few posters and rough roads made you equate to high income. Typical Nigerian stupidity. |

Or are these the pictures..
Bhuhahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Stop trying to use my joke on me. It's never fine that way and only makes you look not creative. A joke is only sweet the first time. I didn't say we have 7 skyscrapers, I said we have 15 topped out at the moment. Ask me to post 15. |

forgiveness: 1. Bloody liar. Is 10th of December 2018 quite outdated? . See snapshot to confirm the date.
https://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1760885&page=123&=1
2. As you can see, there's no way it can be topped out within 8 days.
3. Kindly show us the height of Upper hills chamber and One Africa place but until then, they are both below 90m. 1. I know what I'm talking about when I say it's outdated. At the moment, the two incomplete towers are higher than all the four topped out towers. In the photo you posted, only one incomplete tower is higher than the four complete towers. Just because somebody posted it on 10th Dec doesn't mean the photo was taken on 10th of December. 2. The 4 towers are topped out even in your outdated photo - that's what I said. Why is English such a problem to you? 3. Upper Hill chambers is 104m and One Africa is 100m high. Now show us the height of bouldon building and CBN. Those buildings are not up to 100m. |

Nowenuse: I disagree with what you told NairobiWalker. Even in the rural areas, the intermix with Hausas and Fulanis is also high. Besides, do you mean that light skin seen among Hausas is exclusively a fulani trait? I don't believe that cos there are many dark skinned fulanis and naturally light skinned Hausas.
Look at this picture of rural Hausa girls from Kaduna below, you can see the 3rd one from the left to right is lighter skinned than the rest, so, will you say she is a pure hausa or a fulani mix? Do Fulanis have a language? Now that they all speak Hausa, what happened to their own language? |

Ibrahimanis: You the one to talk, literacy rate in Kenya by counties is not something to write home about either, the gap between the highest ranked county and the lowest is HUGE. worse than Nigeria's even. Do you have the facts? What matters though is the overall literacy in Kenya is way higher than Nigeria. |

forgiveness: 9. Parliamentary Tower pic.
10. AVIC towers ( like I told you You are just trying to buy time to save yourself of shame) . The picture below shows only one is topped out. (The third picture)
Where are the remaining ones?
Don't bother including Upper hills chamber and One Africa place because we know they are not Skyscrappers. Look, 1. The photo you posted of Avic is quite outdated. 2. The four towers to the left are all topped out, look at the helipad deck-like structure on top. That's the final roof slab. The two towers to the right are still not yet topped out though they'll be the tallest. That makes the total number of topped out towers on the complex 4. 3. Upper Hill chambers and One Africa are skyscrapers. These buildings are huge my friend. Look at how one Africa dwarfs Delta Towers which are quite tall structures in their own way. Can't compare this to your 19 floor CBN tower in Lagos.

But I can bet my life there is no single Kenyan housemaid in Tanzania. In fact it happens the other way round - Nairobi is full of housemaids from Tanzania. |
