There isn't much difference in culture between interior Tanzanians and interior Kenyans apart from the fact that the living standards of interior Kenyans are pretty higher. If you walk around Lake Victoria, the only difference you'll see is the Kenyan side is more developed, culture is practically the same. Maasais roam both countries and many of them hold citizenship of both countries. There are Luos in both countries, Kurias in both countries. Chaggas are practically the Tanzania version of Kikuyus and Sukuma are the Tanzania version of Luhyas. Your posts reek ignorance and bullsh1t - you know Kazikazi is here to sell a narrative that the whole of Tanzania is Swahili culture due to inferiority complex. I personally love Swahili language but I don't find Swahilis superior to my ethnic group. He does.
