genieluv: Box-shaped? Like Lupita Nyongo? Holly i thot i n nowenuse proved you wrong? Lupita Nyongo box shaped? You don't know the meaning of box shaped. Lupita Nyongo is very gorgeous - only that you Nigerians worship light skin and hate your black skin. I bet if Lupita was light skinned or bleached like your Nigerian women you would consider her a beauty. But since you hate her color so much you even dare call her blocky. |

kaylinda: Box-shaped? That is untrue. Stop being mischievious, i can see that my fellow Nigerians proved you wrong there and 'killed' you in the comparisons. How did they prove me wrong? The women I posted were consistently better looking than the women she posted. |

kaylinda: Going back this thread, i can't believe Kenyans were comparing themselves to Nigerians on good looks. From the looks of Kenyans i have seen on tv and online, please i don't think they come any close to Nigerians. Nigerians are among the prettiest people in Africa. .......I think Kenyans have better athletes, wildlife and tourism though......Besides, why didn't you people compared the guys? Some kenyan women look very pretty but i have hardly seen any good looking kenyan man to be honest. Those box shaped bodies? lol. Every country has pretty women but it's absurd for a Nigerian to claim they have prettier women. |

TayserMahiri: All hail the counties. Everyone knows there is no one to lay blame on now. But honestly your tycoons must have been busy building Nairobi and maybe Kisumu. Sure.....almost every Luhya tycoon has some property in Kisumu and of course every Kenyan tycoon has property in Nairobi. Sometimes I wondered why they couldn't choose to develop Western. |

I feel jealous when I see how you guys (Kyuks) have developed central in terms of real estate. I always wondered what our tycoons do with their money. I hope many others follow suit. |

PissedYagami: Yeah, I wonder why though? I guess original nilotes were giants of people. See the Sudanese for instance - they're a purer form of nilotes than Kenyan and Ugandan Nilotes. BTW phenotypes suggest Cushites are a mix of nilotes and Arabs. Can the Ethiopians on this thread say something about that? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 6:41pm On Jun 14, 2017 |
Muafrika2: I think it depends. Many Bantus are watered down by admixture and not all nilotes look strong also because of admixtures(eg pokots - I hear they're good with AK47s though )
Bantus do well in sports like football, boxing, weight lifting, short distance running while nolotes do well in endurance sports like long distance. Their bodies are slender. Fair... Most Bantus who do well in very heavy sports are mixed with nilotes though. Interestingly, mixed Bantus are on average stronger than both Bantus and Nilotes (e.g Luhya, Baganda, Bagisu, Banyoro, Kisii to some extent). The Eastern Bantus who didn't mix with Nilotes aren't so good in heavy sports such as weightlifting eg. Kamba, Taita, Chagga, Pare etc. Kikuyu's are a very mixed people - some of them are more mixed with Nilotes while others are more mixed with cushites |

Hati13: If you didn't eat Ethiopian food, then make your debut there. You may love it.
Can you take me with you vie your bag? lol I'll actually go via the newly launched SGR. The economy class is a mere KES700 ($7) from Nairobi to Mombasa - that's 3 times cheaper than bus - while the business class is KES3000 ($30) and almost twice faster than taking a bus and much cheaper than air. I'll definitely try Ethiopian food. Did eat some injera from my Somali friend's home though. |

TayserMahiri: kaka, kuna venye Luhyas are very mixed with Nilotes esp Luos. Do you think that had an influence on their great sportsmanship? I think so because Bantus tend not to be so good in sports and physically Nilotes are stronger than Bantus. |

Hati13: What! Ethiopians being among the top spots in visiting Mombasa. I'm surprised, because I never thought Ethiopians visit other countries as a tourist that much.
Did you visit Mombasa? Yeah, many Ethiopians visit Kenya and there's a sizeable Ethiopian community in Nairobi and Nakuru. In Nairobi's Kilimani neighborhood there's an Ethiopian church and Ethiopian restaurant. There's this popular Ethiopian girl living in Kenya who runs a fancy Ethiopian restaurant and uses Facebook to advertise her business. I live in Kenya and I visit Mombasa frequently. I have family living in Mombasa. I'll be visiting Mombasa next in August. |

Actually all those cities I mentioned look way more beautiful and are better planned than Ibadan. Only Mogadishu has more run down infrastructure due to civil war but it still looks better. |

genieluv: NairobiWalker, these are the modern developing parts of Ibadan n it is huge also. I agree that the old section of Ibadan is very huge, true. *****Buh as i've shown you, not all parts of the old section look slumish in nature. I know these sections of Ibadan. They just don't impress me for a city of 3M people. Compare this to nicer places in East African cities if 2M and below such as Mombasa, Kampala, Kigali, Bujumbura and even the war ravaged Mogadishu and you'll see Ibadan is crap. Even smaller cities with less than 1M people in East Africa such as Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Arusha look so nice in comparison to Ibadan. |
