Muafrika2: Of course. He's already on the waiting list. Skirty too.
And you? Where do you stand?
Nowe is a lost case. In life there are people who know nothing and are aware of that and willing to learn. These kind of people eventually get out of their ignorance. There's however another clique of people who know nothing but believe they know everything. These people die idiots. Nowenuse is among this group.
QueenOfNepal: The funniest people in Africa are the SA who have this bloated ego but are stuck with a mediaeval Zuma as President.
Zuma is a way better president than most African presidents - better than any that Nigeria has ever produced. It's only that S Africans have very high standards for their leaders that he comes off as a clown.
TayserMahiri: Kuwa serious aki, Ata Hbuyosh ni manzi?
Hbuyosh ni boy 'tumejuana' naye for almost 4 years now lol. Kujuana online. Tumepelekana na wabongo kule Jamii Forums for over 4 years now. Kule anajiita Iconoclastes.
Nowenuse: I am interested in East Africa because i have a strong love for Ethiopians & Tanzanians. They share so much in common with we Nigerians! Beauty, musical talents, cultures e.t.c and i feel Kenyans are too ugly, cultureless and uncultured to be in their midst.
But Kenyans are more similar to Ethiopians and Tanzanians than Nigerians are lol. You're a special case. See, The Luhya people in Kenya are very similar to Sukuma, Haya and Nyamwezi in Tanzania and speak a similar language, The Kikuyu in Kenya are similar to Chagga in Tanzania, the Kamba to Pare, we have Maasais, Swahilis and Luos in both countries, The Mijikenda in Kenya are similar to Zaramo in Tanzania. In fact for every Bantu group in Kenya there's a very similar Bantu group in Tanzania. On the other hand, The Oromos, Rendilles, Gabbra, Somali, Borana, Turkana and Galla are native to both Ethiopia and Kenya. It is stupid to categorize Kenya as the exact opposite of Ethiopia and Tanzania when 20% of Kenyan population looks like Ethiopians while 60% looks like Tanzanians. lol. Anyway have a nice time dick riding Ethios and Tanzanians.
Chinaecherem-God thinketh for me, so I got no worries

Ogechi is also a Kenyan name.
I know Obuechina Maduabuchi from Elechi Amadi's book. Elechi and Amadi are also Kenyan names from my community - in fact I used to think Elechi Amadi was Kenyan.
Nabhani: Back in the days some artists used to shoot their videos in Kenya, even today they may shoot a video there from time to time, more rare now. I wouldn't say most of the Tanzanian artists were running to Kenya to do their music and direct their videos.
The top Tanzanian videos today though are definitely shot in South Africa, better quality FOR NOW...why lie? lol
Lets give Tanzanians props for their work ethic and aggressiveness in East Africa when it comes to the music. To have even a little impact on non-swahili speaking countries is quite impressive, you dont even know what they are saying 90% of the time.
Nowenuse is going to be very mad at you. He made that post deliberately so that you could launch a scathing attack on Kenyans saying how jealous they are of Tanzania. You positive response isn't going to go well with him lol.
How? She just bagged two of your rich men, gold dug them and dumped them lol.......and your brothers and sisters here still claim you have more beautiful women than us over there.
Nowenuse: Kenyans have no culture and it's such a shame! So, they usually get so pissed off whenever they see other Africans celebrating and admiring culture.
TayserMahiri, mtis, NairobiWalker, Jay254 and co, you guys should learn from your fellow east africans here. Watch their musics and learn how African cultures must be promoted!
I have been challenged here by their Ethiopian songs, no matter how modern these Ethiopian songs looked, the culturak rhythms, dance steps, cultures and sounds are always present.
I have always come across modern cultural musics from Uganda and mainland Tanzania, especially Uganda and none from Kenya. Are Kenyans Europeans? Why don't you guys just relocate to Scandinavia or Western Europe if that is the case?
Here are some beautiful modern cultural songs from Uganda! Ednited and Hati13, you guys should check them out. I find the dance steps very beautiful
kaylinda: Wow, i love the direction this thread is now going and i must say i am delighted. Ednite and Hati13, i am also a lover of horn african culture. I listened to some of the songs you guys showed genieluv and i loved them. May i confess that you guys have a very beautiful musical rhythmn. It's so nice and cool. It is also very cultural. Kudos to you guys!
Visit the horn some day and tell them you're Nigerian. They'll welcome you with open arms and show you their awesome culture.
shervydman: its like u guys are not getting the point. we don't have issues with color.....what we're all saying is that "what we call dark here is what u call chocolate there and what u call dark there is what we call very dark here". its as simple as that.
its alright if u understand or not, its not my fvcking biz. its ur own cup of tea.
That's simply saying Nigerians are lighter skinned than Kenyans while avoiding being labelled as obsessed with colour. lol
Kenyanstar: But from basically all the artists we got posted here from Nigeria have a different skin complexion from before the made it big. For example your Nollywood actors from i guess Ramsey(something)... Trevor(whatever) are biracial and have appeared on many romance movies but the typical black actors are given very funny character role to play. If the black actors are not potrayed as idiots in their characters in movies, witches, madmen and prostitutes. Has the Nigerian movie directors reserved this roles for the black actor to send a message or what?
This is so sad. Yet when Hollywood does the same we want to boycott Oscars and every other award.
Nowenuse: Spot on genieluv. Seriously, you have to give up on Kenyans on things like this. Tell that foolish mtis to post one or one pictures or group selfies of rich/middle class Nigerians in comfortable settings and let's what the outcome will be.
And you are right about poorer africans or people more exposed to the sun. Take for instance my maternal grandmother who used to be a rural farmer in the extremely hot northern Nigerian sun. Whenever she leaves her farming to come n spend the holidays with us, you will instantly observe that as she no longer goes into the sun to farm daily, her complexion will just start brightening over time and she will leave lighter than she came and only to come back the next holidays darker.
Are we talking of the normal Nigerian or the rich middle class Nigerian? When you refer to Kenyans as dark, are you also referring to the rich and middle-class? The best representation of a Nigerian is the 'normal' Nigerian who runs a small business in the market, works a small job, is a peasant farmer, a bricklayer, a teacher etc because those make up over 80% of your population. The 1 percenters can alter their appearance if they wish to.
No Nigerian will ever argue that majority of our people are dark skinned, buh the dark skinned definition varies from normal dark skin (which you guys identify as chocolate to extremely dark skin which you guys identify as normal dark skin). Nobody will deny this!
Another thing is that, most Nigerians in Kenya are of poor backgrounds. Rich or middle class Nigerians hardly leave Nigeria to another African country except on schooling or business purposes! Now, we all know that poorer people in Africa tend to get exposed to the sun day n night and hardly take care of themselves, so of course, they will look darker than those from rich/middle class homes who are always in the air- conditioned comfort of their homes or offices.
If you guys cannot grasp all these, then i sincerely give up on you guys!
....so the average Nigerian living in Kenya is actually poorer than the average Nigerian living in Nigeria? Stop being hilarious dear. You're trying too hard.
When you take a better camera closer, this is what you find. Can you see these poor rural northern Nigerians? This is as dark as it gets!
You've been repeating these photos for months now. Don't you have any other photos? Does that mean what mtis is posting are not Nigerians? Anyway, the girls you're posting - other than being Fulani - a minority community in Nigeria, are not as impressive as you're trying to make them.
ArtanK: Fair enough, I just got a little annoyed by the guy that was implicitly telling me to choose between being Arab or African. In Somalia, they're just called Ishak and the Isahakia only seem to consider themselves as Arab in Kenya for some reason. I came across a few of them whilst I was in Kenya and they seem to feel superior to Somali refugees in Kenya for some reason. They're a peculiar community.
Okay....I get you now bro. That's quite educative.
