As long as you have any big cat, you can have a Black Panther. A Black Panther is not a species of its own but simply a melanistic version of any big cat. They are normally very dangerous and successful hunters due to the efficient camouflage that comes with the black colour.

Why are you showing an image so unclear nobody can see it? You search the word slum and zoomed out Nairobi so that no one can see whether it's a slum or not and also the size of the slum. Thing is, those Nairobi slums make up less than 6% of the city and that's why you're scared of showing a clearer image.
